By far the worst store I have ever been to. The manager Josh is a kid who doesn't know how to manage. The store lied about a trade in upgrade and kept charging my account for both phones for the past two years. Instead of trying to solve the situation he went into cover my ass mode, defense mode, coward mode! This generation has the people skills of a hard boiled egg, Josh fits the bill just right, spineless automaton jumping through set hoops, set before him by task masters. Sad indeed read more

I had a horrible experience here! The customer service sucked majorly! The company I'm with decided to switch carriers, which left me without a phone and I was out of town. I explained that to the gentleman working customer service. He told me I had to have the owner call and put me on the account. I called the owner to have that done. I came back in the store and a different man helped me and I told him what was going on, but he told me a different story in which the owner had to call 611 from his phone to add me on. I said that's not what I was just told. He argued with me and said yes it is I heard him. Not sure where he learned his customer service etiquette? Very rude!!! I will never come back here!! I left without my phone working and upset at how I was treated!! read more

I bought my original iPhone from this AT & T store. I am not in love w/ AT&T, but when it comes to cell service, it is the lesser of the evils. The sales rep who helped me (Jon) quickly got me set up w/ my phone. I was highly pleased w/ the customer service I received from him. My contacts were transferred from my blackberry and I was shown numerous features. I departed the store FINALLY with a new phone and happy w/ the transaction. My second round at this store (a few years later) was on a Monday morning shortly after opening. There was a line (mind you, I was there at 0915!) and only two workers. I worked in customer service myself for 6 yrs, so I completely understand how it feels to be short staffed and having customers lining up. My annoyance started with no sign in roster. AT&T use to have a sign in clip board to keep the order of when each customer arrived. There was no sign in and generally a cluster as more customers kept coming in. I had an extra cord for my iPhone 5 which was about two wks old. I took it back to return the cord since it cost about $25 and no longer worked. The clerk was very rude and said it couldn't be returned to the store. Now, I understand some off the AT&T stores are "authorized dealers", but this location is NOT and neither is the one I purchased my cord from. URGH...I think a cord should last longer than two weeks. So...frustrating of course I had to buy ANOTHER cord. With my two different experiences at this location - I will settle with two stars and just pray my iPhone and new extra cord keeps working. I took a friend into this corporate store to replace her old LG flip phone with a new pre-paid plan and iphone. Nathan the manager met us at the door and said that Brooklyn would take care of us. She really did! There was no line to wait in and she spent about an hour with us to transfer all the account information, change the SIM card, move the contacts to the new phone, and make sure we had all our questions answered before we left. She was courteous, patient and VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. (The contact transfer was not easy and she tried 3 different ways to get it to work.) Brooklyn clearly went "above and beyond" and is a super example of great customer service. read more

Horrible customer service. Horrible wait times. It's unacceptable to be left sitting for an hour while workers literally stand and do nothing. I could have driven to Simply Mac in the mall and gotten our needs taken care of faster than sitting in an ice cold store for an hour and waiting. I won't go back to this store. It's very near my home, but I will make the drive to get better service. read more

Worse store in AT&T. Don't get Matt as a sales rep he is a LIAR. Call and asked about an accessory. He said he would hold. Mi wife drops from Republic to this location and they don't have it, even though Matt said he had one in hand. Can't wait till contract is over so we can get a different wireless company. I guess being a loyal customer for over 15 years means nothing. Thanks Matt for wasting our time. Your the reason that Att will lose a customer. read more

I have never, ever out of 20 plus years with ATT gotten any kind of good customer service here.

Everyone was nice except one clerk, the problem was the time! I just wanted to switch from one device to another both of which I own. I would not have even made a trip but SIM cards weren't interchangeable. One employee spent a ton of time explaining to my how old my phones were! Rude but true they are not iPhone X, they are also not 4-5 years old! Anyway the main complaint I have is we were there until close, and left with phones that I still had to set up myself! read more

This AT&T store used to be the best one in town back when I lived in Springfield. My recent visit showed me that that has changed. The employees were rude and disrespectful. They refused to answer my questions and instead pushed their newest plan/scam. They lied about their data plans and laughed in my face when I confronted them about their rudeness. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, and I will never come to this terrible location again. read more

Customer service = nil. It couldn't be anymore obvious that they are paid on commission. I went in simply needing to get information swapped between phones. These people would not give up trying to sell me everything. Trying to sell me a new phone, DirecTV, home internet, phone accessories, speakers and everything else in their store. They drug out my phone swapping for over an hour, while attempting to sell it all to me. I got tired of telling them no I can't buy anything and told them to give me my phones back and I will go elsewhere to get my information swapped! Never go here for anything! They don't care what you need, they only care about getting some commission off you. read more
