This location is at the end of a strip of several stores in the Stop and Shop plaza in New Hyde Park. Parking is very easy to in the lot. Five Below is a step up from a Dollar Store and has some brand name items. Most recently, I have purchased games and craft kits for kids - there is a huge variety to choose from at around $5 or less. I also bought a rolling suitcase for $25, which has held up well in two international trips. In addition to these, they have a variety of tech items, housewares, sports equipment, t-shirts, candy, and beauty items. Everything is organized well and easy to find - the more expensive tech and houseware items are in the back, candy and t-shirts up front. Self-checkout is easy and staff is available if needed. Would recommend to anyone looking for quick and easy gifts.

He immediately was able to give me a quote for someone that has the part and would be able to fix it, but after taking to Jack, we concluded that the phone wasn't worth fixing. I really appreciate the honesty that Jack provided. Since he had already claimed my Groupon, he said he will make sure I get a refund, and I did. He runs a very honest and friendly business. I know from now on, if I need anything phone related, I'm definitely coming here! He is a man of his words and you will feel safe coming here if you're a tech-tard like me!

They diagnosted it to be a bad mother board and processor. I told them to go ahead with the repair. They ordered the parts, and it was a couple of weeks, and the parts never came so Asad had some time, and he repaired the motherboard by replacing some components which he tested to be bad. Identifing and replacing components is a difficult task, I know because I have been in IT most of my career. So kudos to Asad. He was very patient and never gave up on my repair and a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend uBreakiFix for all repairs. Now I know where to bring my devices if needed.

This is actually the first time that I have ever written a review of a business and I am doing so…read morebecause I truly am appreciative of the great customer service that I recently received when I had two of the screens and the battery replaced on my i-phone 6 and i-phone 6 plus . I went to the street talk in Roosevelt Field mall directly in front of AT&T, and was helped by the male tech there whose name is something like "RanJan" I went on my lunch break and was able to wait and watch him actually do the repair. The price was pretty reasonable/competitive and they did offer me a discount since I had more than one thing being serviced. In any event, they fixed a screen apple wouldn't fix and it was less than it would have cost me if apple did do it. Unfortunately, about a week later there was an issue with the battery I was given (it must have been defective) and it pushed up and broke the replacement screen. I brought the phone back and he called the owner and the screen and battery were replaced again at no charge. Thank you again for your great customer service and I will be sure to come back to you if I ever need my phones repaired in the future.

We then gave the phone to my son for Christmas and when he opened the box, the phone no longer worked when we went back. It was after their luxurious 15 day warranty. They wouldn't even look for the repair ticket in their computer system unless we had the specific date of the transaction which sounds like the most outdated computer system on the planet. You should have seen the look on my 12-year-old son's face when he realized that he wasn't ever going to be getting that phone for Christmas. So now I am out $170 and I have to figure out how to get him another phone. What a waste. And I love the fact that I was told that they can't help because the warranty is 15 days. The warranty being 15 days is a piece of paper with words on it. Anyone is allowed to be helpful if they so choose.
