Not only was the work done quickly and correctly, but I was treated professionally and given a fair price. Earlier in the day a different cell phone repair store tried to charge me significantly more and pressure me into an additional repair I did not need. Christal spent the time with me and was calm, cool, collective and super sweet, kind and helpful every step of the way. I am so grateful for Christal, her manager, T-Mobile overall for providing stellar customer service. T-mobile overall is a company all brands should aspire to be like because they provide a great service at a very reasonable price and along with that comes excellent customer service in person and over the phone. One more quick story, one of the staff members was about to run out quickly for lunch and saw a customer walk in. He stopped his lunch plans to help out this gentleman.
