There is a very kind, honest, discreet, charming, professional and patient customer service representative named David whose focus is to offer comprehensive assistance. He works quickly and efficiently but also knows when to pause and listen. He is one of those tech mavericks who has an uncanny ability to translate the theoretical into practical implementation we can all understand. Further, he delivers his thoughts in a wonderful manner that is never condescending or patronizing. Unlike some other stores, the workers here are not gossiping or wasting your time. So, I was quite skeptical when I went in with my friend, who was a tourist from Europe. As we entered the store around 7 p.m., we got a strange look from a taller employee who looked at his watch... I stopped by today to make a payment on a bill. All of the associate's were busy helping other customers so there was probably a 5-10 minute wait. When I was finally called up to the counter, the gentleman pulled up the account and processed the payment very promptly. He asked me if I would like a receipt and while handing the receipt to me asked me if he could be of any further assistance. I was given a very polite "thank you and have a nice day" as I left the store. This store is convenient to our neighborhood and has a Starbucks in the lot next door. Down side is the parking here is hit or miss. There are only about 6 spots to park in this retail area. Customer service was on point, but beware of parking issue's. read more

I've always had terrible experiences going into other phone stores but (Derrick the assistant manager and Pooja) @ Tmobile in bayside made my experience amazing. I wanted to switch over from ATT and they were so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Answered any questions I had and made sure I had the best deal. They didn't try to rush me and wrote down the numbers so I knew how much I should be expecting to pay. They were extremely patient even though it was closing time. Update: same issue with the Micro-Sim card that I had to pay $20 for. Isn't it a basic thing that you should provide me with a free sim card for continuously using your service? Isn't that such a basic idea: I use your service, you give me a sim card that allows me to use your service. If I wasn't in a rush, I would have gone over to some authorized store in Flushing and had them cut my regular SIM into a micro SIM. Pull a stunt like this in Hong Kong and you'll get your head ripped off (verbally). read more

I came in today with a list of things I needed to get done on my account. Including an iPhone upgrade, a preorder on the Apple Watch, and a change in rate plan. Roderick assisted me right away and was quick and attentive to everything I needed. He quickly pulled up the price difference between the rate plan I had and what I wanted to switch to - this ensured I was getting the best rate I could which was very nice of him to do. After getting everything Roderick introduced me to SyncUP drive and I ended up purchasing that as well. He was not pushy and provided excellent customer service. While closing the agreements on the devices, I did not receive the confirmation emails and he made sure I would get them by calling a representative right away. Came here on a visit to NYC from Canada for 1 week. The Roaming plan I bought in Canada ran into serious technical issues. I needed a US Plan ASAP. Upon recommendation from family who lives in NYC, they pointed me to get the US plan here. First I call in to this store to make sure they are open during Labour Day and also ask what was the price for their Talk, Text and Data plan for $30 USD. As I walked in, I was immediately greeted and already being helped. But the staff were honest and professional. They could easily set me up with the $30 plan and I would be more than willing to pay. Instead they advised I can just get the Data plan for $10 and save the $20. It would be more than enough. To this day, still thank them for not taking advantage of this Canadian out of towner. In my return to NYC, will definitely go back to them. 5 Stars for Professional, Service and Honesty. And yes the SIM and data worked during my entire trip with no issues. read more

Horrible experience, after trying to get the promotions from T-mobile, the store manager Marina wanted me to pay full price for phones (so they could get more sales). They left the lines opened in the account, therefore, I don't qualify for the promotions at another T-mobile store. I filed a complaint with Corporate T-mobile. Avoid this store at all cost, pure scam, they just want to take your money and you will received pure attitude if yo don't follow through with their deal. read more

horrible experience, we called the tmobile phone costumer service before we came in if we were eligible for bogo, they said yes, we went into the store, staff didnt really know much and when the asain lady started to process our bogo she said we were not eligible and she just looks like she was in a rush and did not want to help at all. we called 611 again and they said we were eligible and eventually went to another tmobile store and everything went smoothly. read more

You can stand on line until you're decayed and there will be four workers doing absolutely nothing but stand around on their phone or hide away in the back office. I was there with 5 other customers and only ONE employee actually worked. They need to shut this store down and stop wasting money or audit it.
