Just like any T-Mobile around the country. Same service across everywhere at ubiquitous places...

Went to get a phone upgrade for myself to my wife and the guy ended up changing up my business plan to make it more expensive somehow told me it will be cheaper than what I was paying, but noticed my bill was over 100 bucks more plus and didn't apply any of my existing promotions. not saying everyone there is bad but just be careful and question what they are doing. read more

Alex was really amazing from beginning to the end of the upgrade of my new iPhone. He really vibe with me once he felt that I was unsure about what I wanted to do as of upgrading and transferring from android to apple. After everything was done he found all the best ways for me to save money and make it an easy transition. Everything was done within in hour which was surprising because I was expecting a longer time. Place was clean places to sit and greetings is on point. read more

After spending the morning at Samsung store in Roosevelt Field to fix my wife's phone, I went over to your store, and my wife's phone was fixed. A pleasant guy by the name of Haibin, was extremely helpful. He was able to fix the phone in under 15 minutes. We are very grateful to him. All Samsung store could tell me, was my wife needed a new motherboard for $300. That was certainly not the case!! read more

Moving forward, this is the only T-Mobile brick and mortar store I will be associating myself with. There is a very kind, honest, discreet, charming, professional and patient customer service representative named David whose focus is to offer comprehensive assistance. He works quickly and efficiently but also knows when to pause and listen. He is one of those tech mavericks who has an uncanny ability to translate the theoretical into practical implementation we can all understand. Further, he delivers his thoughts in a wonderful manner that is never condescending or patronizing. Unlike some other stores, the workers here are not gossiping or wasting your time. Your intelligence is not insulted, and the parking is also as convenient as the store is dignified. Thank you again David for helping my family so. read more

Workers were engaged and helpful. Turns out I just need some compressed air to blow the lint out of my phone's charging port. They have a shared parking lot with the adjacent stores which is convenient. No complaints. read more

It doesn't matter how many times I come to this store the customer service is awful, unhelpful and honestly at times it's like they don't know the product. It's so disappointing how T-Mobile corporate does not see all these terrible reviews and make it better I have now started going to The glen oaks location. They definitely have customer service skills and willing to try and help. read more

Blanca transferred data from my mother's android to her new iphone. She got it to work perfectly and quickly. She is friendly and knowledgeable. read more

Finally, I got the service a client should! I had never previously been to the T-Mobile location in Bayside, but I do have some experience in this area. So, I was quite skeptical when I went in with my friend, who was a tourist from Europe. As we entered the store around 7 p.m., we got a strange look from a taller employee who looked at his watch... Oh, no! So, I decided to try to avoid him and managed to get service from Steve. Of course, he didn't know about the above, but nevertheless, he helped us a lot. He is knowledgeable, patient, and kind! What else? Of course, our question was asked/solved perfectly! Thank you, Steve. read more

I went into this location today and was serviced by Julia. She greeted me when I came in, she gave me updates as I was waiting to see a Tmobile employee. Julie solved my issue that I came there for. She was very professional, patient, knowledgeable and made me aware that I could always come back if I had any questions or further problems. I recommend this location for your Tmobile needs. read more

Wow ! What a great experience at this location!!! :) I have gone to various locations but ANGIE and FRED really outdid themselves here in Bayside! They were both honestly so KNOWLEDGEABLE and EXTREMELY HELPFUL :) Thank you for your time Angie and Fred ! read more

I went around to several other T mobile locations in Queens to connect the BMW e Sim, and in the end, the excellent skills of Mr.Hailun here were very kind and helped me out, and eventually the e Sim was connected. The staff here are friendly and seem to have the best skills. I strongly recommend it. read more

I stopped by today to make a payment on a bill. All of the associate's were busy helping other customers so there was probably a 5-10 minute wait. When I was finally called up to the counter, the gentleman pulled up the account and processed the payment very promptly. He asked me if I would like a receipt and while handing the receipt to me asked me if he could be of any further assistance. I was given a very polite "thank you and have a nice day" as I left the store. This store is convenient to our neighborhood and has a Starbucks in the lot next door. Down side is the parking here is hit or miss. There are only about 6 spots to park in this retail area. Customer service was on point, but beware of parking issue's. read more

I just switched carrier to T Mobile from AT&T. The staff here has friendly customer service and knowledge about all T mobile packages and iPhone XR. At beginning, there was a small issue in setup, Julie solved it with tremendous patience. Strongly recommend Julie, the Korean female representative in that store. read more

I've always had terrible experiences going into other phone stores but (Derrick the assistant manager and Pooja) @ Tmobile in bayside made my experience amazing. I wanted to switch over from ATT and they were so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Answered any questions I had and made sure I had the best deal. They didn't try to rush me and wrote down the numbers so I knew how much I should be expecting to pay. They were extremely patient even though it was closing time. Would 100% recommend them to anyone who plans on opening an account with Tmobile. Thank you guys for making this process easy and enjoyable!! read more

Update: same issue with the Micro-Sim card that I had to pay $20 for. Isn't it a basic thing that you should provide me with a free sim card for continuously using your service? Isn't that such a basic idea: I use your service, you give me a sim card that allows me to use your service. If I wasn't in a rush, I would have gone over to some authorized store in Flushing and had them cut my regular SIM into a micro SIM. Pull a stunt like this in Hong Kong and you'll get your head ripped off (verbally). read more

Very poor customer representative experience here. Don't come here since the staff is poorly trained.

If you come to this location, make sure you don't talk to the Asian lady with short hair. Worse customer service here. She will not want to help you other than opening a line so she could get the commission. The tall spanish guy has great customer service so go to him instead. read more

Not happy. Was given options but never told that the phone I was getting for my daughter had 1/2 the GB of the phone she already had. Buyer should beware, right. My fault. Everything went smoothly and Thomas was very helpful. But this ignorant senior bought a phone I don't want. Stuck. read more

They lied about the deal I was getting and the promotion is was entitled to. The salesperson was more interested in getting his commission than being honest. They wear you down by keeping you in the store waiting for sometimes hours. I would stay far away. read more

I came in today with a list of things I needed to get done on my account. Including an iPhone upgrade, a preorder on the Apple Watch, and a change in rate plan. Roderick assisted me right away and was quick and attentive to everything I needed. He quickly pulled up the price difference between the rate plan I had and what I wanted to switch to - this ensured I was getting the best rate I could which was very nice of him to do. After getting everything Roderick introduced me to SyncUP drive and I ended up purchasing that as well. He was not pushy and provided excellent customer service. While closing the agreements on the devices, I did not receive the confirmation emails and he made sure I would get them by calling a representative right away. He addressed the issues spot on instead of just telling me to do it later on my own. All in all, he made this process so easy! Thanks Roderick! read more

The people working in this store need more training and have better customer service, specially the manager. He was rude and lacking in social skills. They are either incompetent or, are purposely misleading their customers. This kind of service makes me regret switching from AT&T. read more

Fred gave me unforgettable service on my upgrade. He took his time to explain everything to me and transferred everything from my old phone to my new phone. Thanks Fred!!! read more

Came here on a visit to NYC from Canada for 1 week. The Roaming plan I bought in Canada ran into serious technical issues. I needed a US Plan ASAP. Upon recommendation from family who lives in NYC, they pointed me to get the US plan here. First I call in to this store to make sure they are open during Labour Day and also ask what was the price for their Talk, Text and Data plan for $30 USD. As I walked in, I was immediately greeted and already being helped. But the staff were honest and professional. They could easily set me up with the $30 plan and I would be more than willing to pay. Instead they advised I can just get the Data plan for $10 and save the $20. It would be more than enough. To this day, still thank them for not taking advantage of this Canadian out of towner. In my return to NYC, will definitely go back to them. 5 Stars for Professional, Service and Honesty. And yes the SIM and data worked during my entire trip with no issues. read more

Went there to change mobile carriers from Verizon to T-mobile. Thanks to Cesar who took his time to help us out on the switch. He is extremely knowledgeable and patient and made our experience at T-mobile a positive one. read more

Horrible experience, after trying to get the promotions from T-mobile, the store manager Marina wanted me to pay full price for phones (so they could get more sales). They left the lines opened in the account, therefore, I don't qualify for the promotions at another T-mobile store. I filed a complaint with Corporate T-mobile. Avoid this store at all cost, pure scam, they just want to take your money and you will received pure attitude if yo don't follow through with their deal. read more

I went into this T-Mobile location to upgrade my phone. Everyone was super friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I highly recommend this T-Mobile location! (Their staff speak multiple languages too) read more

I've been to the store three times. One time to open a new plan for myself and then for my parents. John and Roderick provided excellent customer service. The were both knowledgeable and patient. Definitely would recommend this location. read more

I guess everyone wants to be off on Saturday. No smiles, no greetings. I walked into the store with my parents this morning to open two accounts. There's only one customer at that time. The Asian girl with short hair looked like she didn't really want to help us. The tone of her voice was demeaning, especially when she talked to my parents. She's being very impatient to them. My parents don't speak English well. Her attitude really pissed me off. She needs to be either retrained or suspended. read more

horrible experience, we called the tmobile phone costumer service before we came in if we were eligible for bogo, they said yes, we went into the store, staff didnt really know much and when the asain lady started to process our bogo she said we were not eligible and she just looks like she was in a rush and did not want to help at all. we called 611 again and they said we were eligible and eventually went to another tmobile store and everything went smoothly. read more
