Any difficulties that I can't fix, the customer service Staff at their brick-and-mortar stores is always well trained to troubleshoot and quickly fix any issues. Product Knowledge is very important, I require my sales counselors to have the most up-to-date knowledge and training in these new and constantly evolving devices. At the cost of about $1,000, each for the cell phones, it's so important that your devices are warrantied. It's also critical that a support staff is 24/7 available for assistance. Whether in person or by telephone I know that I can always get some help, when the phones have issues in the middle of the night. I was very pleased with the service I received at the T-Mobile today I needed some new earbuds. As technology is constantly advancing, I was introduced to the new wireless Beats. They are very interesting and lightweight. I also purchased my usual Plantronics wearable earpiece that I use in my businesses. Thanks so much to the Manager Miguel, for making my visit, an enjoyable learning and Shopping experience. With the Free private parking, I can stop in and impulse shop here at anytime. These people are not only scammers but the rudest, lazy and obnoxious people ever. A team of 2 reps sold me on changing my plan to a promotion for the same amount of money as I was paying and I ended up paying $100 more per month for 3 months. When I went to try and get my old plan back they said they couldn't help me. Call T-mobile support. Which I did and they conducted an investigation and found that they needed to correct this at the store. I went back and was told by the ignorant Manager, Greg, that not only could he not help me but that my husbands NEW phone had a virus and I would need to take it to a tech or get another new phone. What??? My Regional manger is in tomorrow and he will call you. He didn't so i went to the store. He was there hiding in the back and refused to come out and even discuss my issue because he just got back from vacation and had work to catch up on. Who does that! Not even acknowledge the customer or their problem cause he is too busy. I called T-Mobile and they were so sorry that they switch me to another plan paying less than my lesser amount and asked me to always go to a T-Mobile, not a third party retailer. By the way, no virus either. Called T-Mobile and tech support found an app that was downloaded and once removed, everything was fine. The staff is rude, clueless and should not be working for T-Mobile.

During the conversation, he also provided helpful and professional advice regarding my other tech-related concerns. Overall, I felt that he genuinely cares about both the service he provides and the people he helps. Because of this follow-up and support, I am revising my overall experience to a 4-star review. I also hope the company's culture continues to reflect this level of care and professionalism and continues to support both customers and staff. --------------------------------------- Previous review -I brought my MSI laptop to this shop for a lid repair. At the time, there was a small crack on the left side near the hinge, and I was worried it might get worse , but the screen bezel was intact. I was initially told that once the part arrived, they would notify me to bring in the laptop, and the repair would then take about a full day. The part arrived on December 30, 2025, I dropped off the laptop on January 6, and picked it up on January 9. -After I got home, I turned on the webcam to prepare for a meeting, and noticed that the screen displayed a blue image. I contacted the shop immediately. I was asked to bring the laptop back for further inspection, but no explanation was provided regarding the possible cause of the issue. -Since the shop is about an hour away, I asked whether a remote diagnosis could be done first to better understand the situation. I was informed that there would be a charge for that service. At the same time, I looked into common causes of this issue and found that it can result from a protective film not being removed during repair. However, this possibility was not discussed. -If a likely cause had been communicated, it would have helped me better understand whether an immediate return visit was necessary. Without that information, the situation was unclear and required additional time and travel to resolve. -More recently, about four months after the repair, I noticed that the bezel near the hinge has cracked, even though I have been handling the laptop carefully. This area was not damaged prior to the repair. Given that the hinge area is a high-stress point, I am concerned that the repair or reassembly may have contributed to this issue. Overall, my experience was disappointing. While the initial interaction felt welcoming, it was followed by a noticeably self-protective approach when issues arose. Although the repair was completed, I encountered additional problems afterward that required significant time and effort to resolve. Based on this experience, I strongly recommend that others ask detailed questions about the repair process, confirm what testing will be performed, and ensure the device is thoroughly checked at the shop before taking it home. In general, I believe that clear communication and transparency are important in building trust with customers over the long term.

Big Big Big shouts to Christal and in a close second place, the manager of this store, they were phenomenal. I came in with not such an easy asks, which included moving my prepaid number to my postpaid account and postpaid to prepaid, I had a locked e-mail address in the system and some other things that needed tending to. Christal spent the time with me and was calm, cool, collective and super sweet, kind and helpful every step of the way. I am so grateful for Christal, her manager, T-Mobile overall for providing stellar customer service. T-mobile overall is a company all brands should aspire to be like because they provide a great service at a very reasonable price and along with that comes excellent customer service in person and over the phone. If you are in the Queens or Long Island area visit this location too for your next phone, they are EXCELLENT. One more quick story, one of the staff members was about to run out quickly for lunch and saw a customer walk in. He stopped his lunch plans to help out this gentleman. I mean c'mon you don't hear of people doing things as wonderful as that, these days anymore. It just shows how incredible this T-Mobile branch is! Folks just stop with Verizon and AT&T and come on over to T-Mobile, you will thank me (I'm a customer who just loves everything about the service and cannot stop raving!!). Even though it was late (nearly midnight!) they responded quickly with an informative and honest estimate and with full knowledge and understanding of what the job was going to require. We scheduled for the next day after noon. However, due to the short notice, certain parts were not at hand for them to do our service so they went out of their way trying to find them. Because of the delay they had another appointment to tend to but were able to squeeze us in later in the evening. It was not an ideal time, but after all we understood it was short notice and appreciated their willingness to squeeze us in. All in all, the job was done very well and we received the best customer service there is out there.
