Went to the store to get my phone fixed and it started out well. There was no else there. The Asurion rep who fixed my phone was absolutely amazing. The other AT&T employees were not. They did not know how to upgrade my Iphone ...One of the women working in the store had her mask off taking a personal call about her expiring lease and her 1 hour commute (same one who didn't know how to upgrade my iphone). Just overheard my bf on the phone with Indra from the location. I never hear my bf lose his cool with people. She wouldn't let him ask his question and kept talking. He asked to finish his question 3 times. Not only does she lack customer service etiquette, but when asked how to spell her name she came out with attitude. Went to this store yesterday to get my unlocked iPhone activated. Needed a sim card as well. This sweet girl named Daizy helped me out. She didn't try to sell my anything that I didn't need. Took that time to talk to me for a bit so that I had that phone plan that was best for me. Also, I'm a first time iPhone owner and had no idea how to use the darn thing. Daizy showed me how to use my phone so I didn't look like an animal pecking at my screen. Such a good employee. Nice clean facility too. read more

I went to this store to turn in my old phones after upgrading. I had already called customer service and was told i could return the phone s to the store. The employee, Tony told me it could not be done. He was very rude. He probably thought i would just leave. Wrong. While I was on the phone with att who again said I could do it, he asked me for the phones and of course was able to to process the return in 2 minutes. Just lazy? Terrible service. Do not go to this store. FYI he also rude to another customer while I was there. read more

I just had the worst experience at this At&T location. Yesterday evening (1/8/21) at about 7:10 pm I walked in with my husband ready to switch over from our current provider to At&T's new 5G service and was sorely disappointed by the total lack of customer service. When we walked in a representative was working with a customer and that was fine because we are patient people and have no issue with waiting for assistance. Then another representative came out from a back room and he was also working with people who were there previously. My husband and I were standing in the store for 20 minutes and no one said anything to us. Not "hi, we will be with you once we are done" or "hi, it's going to be about 20 minutes before either one of us is available." NOTHING. Neither representative, Daisy or Aaron (I think that's what he said his name was) even acknowledged that we walked into the store. This to me is unacceptable. Before walking out I briefly spoke to the male representative about us not being acknowledged and he was curt and unapologetic. Not only was I highly disappointed with my experience but it was also laced with racial undertones and bias as the people who were working there were white, the people who were receiving assistance were white and my husband and I are black. I will never go back to this location and this experience is really making me question whether I even want AT&T as a service provider if this is the way they treat their customers. read more

Extremely rude and incompetent. They refer you to their customer care call center for almost any problems you have. I came to ask for help activating my new phone, instead of helping me I was handed me a phone to speak with their call center. I asked the store rep to speak with their call center first and explain my situation, he refused and shoved me the phone. Why did I even come to the store? To add to this fiasco the call center rep wasn't nice either. I had trouble understanding whatever he was instructing me to do and he got really impatient and I HAD TO APOLOGIZE to a customer service representative. Turned out the person assigned to me at the store wasn't even finished with the previous customer who was also directed to call their call center and had been there for over an hour. That customer ended up raising his voice and the manager told him to leave, straight up, without saying anything else... I've been a customer of AT&T since they were Cingular, I'm really disgusted now. I had better experience as an customer at the DMV. This is not the way customers should be treated. AT&T needs to close this place down and seriously look into and implement more quality controls in their call center. read more

Convenient location, right next to Starbucks. Friendly service, has everything I need any time my phone goes out.

They really take their time with you, but they kinda have to because it's like their speaking another language. They don't seem to realize that half the people who come in there are digital immigrants and therefore don't know what the hell is going on. That is how people get swindled. The manager there was a bit of a douche canoe and could not do math for shit. The people working there were honest and friendly and very tentative to the needs of the customer, but were good at swindling too. I realize this place is aiming for a diverse staff, but seriously, do they pick their names when they walk in and say hi, I want to be "Audi" while I'm here or "Tanquilla" or whatever - seriously, their names are more pretentious than the people who walk in there. read more

Be cautious of their promotions. They keep you waiting in store for close to two hours. Never follow up on the actual order that took so long to place and then become rude when you start to question why you do not get your order and as them to follow-up. They forget that they get paid for customer service... not just for showing up. read more

Normally getting a new phone is super annoying and exhausting. This crew was so kind, polite and helpful. I had to get a new phone a few weeks ago and my parents tagged along. Daizy helped us and even answered all of their unrelated questions. She was so patient and helpful. I will happily use this location moving forward! read more

Do NOT go here to sign up. They used to be very friendly branch that's why I always sign up with them. I went there a month ago see if a new plan was out and there was a new manager in the store. First question they ask was if you already have account with AT&T and I gave them my number have them to check if I qualify with any new promotions. It felt like they don't offer me any new promotions so I just walked out. A month later, they ADD a phone line and terminated it right away so I got charged $400 on my account. I called AT&T and went through whole bunch of trouble to get my money back. It was obvious even for AT&T representative when they saw sign up and termination on SAME day. Simply to put, if you walk in there and tell them you are their customers, they will make new account without you signing anything and try to get their branch numbers up. STAY AWAY until they get a new manager/employees. read more

Terribly slow service for walk-ins. Went in on a Saturday evening to get a prepaid SIM card service, was told that I needed to wait a few minutes. The wait turned out to be over 30 minutes! Most of the staff were standing around idle like there was no urgency. Apparently, I needed to wait for one of the specialized people to just sign up for a SIM card. What a joke. Good thing T-Mobile is just down the road. First and last experience at this ATT store. Buyer beware! read more

First At&T should not be posting on Yelp giving themselves credit for "good service" I have been a ATT cust for a long time now, and over time I found I was not using much data so I lowered my plan, only to see my bill inch up. I do understand rates change , inflation etc. But I changed the plan again to my surprise I saw my bill increase again , up another $11 per month. I had them on the phone I took a screen shot of what my plan was , things that clearly read "no charge" as well as other features I had never ordered. As I was speaking to them and pointing the items out, the screen refreshed from reading no charge to $4.99 for one and $4.99 for the other. They went on to say they would send me a confirmation to remove this, never got that. I hung up and made the changes myself.Bottom line CHECK your bill in the "add change services" section. Verify services on your bill. I have a 2gb plan and was paying for a 6gb plus services I never ordered. Also if you find something that says "no charge" I would be willing to bet that you are being charged or will be..and it will not tell you. PS And when I checked my wife's account yup...same thing there too read more

WARNING!! Terrible customer service and employees lie about promotions and plans. I upgraded my old iphone 5 to a LG G3 which costed me around 700 but one of the employees had lied and told me the upgrade would be a one time payment of $50. I had confirmed this TWICE. Not only that but i had a 3GB plan on my family plan and the employee had told me i would be able to upgrade to a 10GB plan for CHEAPER than what i was already paying for the 3GB. Yet again another lie as i was charged the full price of for the 10GB. Be cautious as this AT&T is extremely dishonest and only want to scam you for your money. Not to mention the wait time here is terrible. This place is not recommended at all. read more
