They patiently explained the entire process and what I had to do to switch. There was a bit of resistance from my previous carrier but the staff worked with me to get the transfer done efficiently. Everyone in the store was friendly and professional. The Verizon deal was exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend this location for all your Verizon needs. I recently went to this Verizon store. Shine and Taj were extremely helpful. While I was adding someone to my account, Shine noticed that a promotion that had been on my phone since the beginning had stopped a year prior causing me to miss out on more than $200 in savings. He called up Verizon Inc to argue that promotion should still be there. After 45 min. on phone with them, he got me the credit. They are wonderful at this location-very patient and do their best to explain everything and to get you the best deal. Go to this Verizon location-it's the BEST. read more

I recently went to this Verizon store with my grandfather who needed assistance with his iPhone and Apple iCloud ID. We were greeted by two men (whose names I unfortunately can't recall) who recognized my grandfather from previous visits. Both men treated my grandfather with respect and patience, and explained to both me and him the best/most cost-effective route to addressing his technically difficulties. Many times in the past, I have felt jipped/scammed by consultants at a phone store, but I did not feel that way here. Let me start off by saying that employees manners at this store do NOT exist. It was an extremely unpleasant experience. I had placed an order online to pick up my new phone. At first I was greeted by Ifti and I mentioned I spoke with him over the phone to make sure I'm coming to the right location. His coworker Taj was called over to assist, first off he did not greet me and just asked for my ID. I gave it to him and he asked for my account PIN. I told him the pin but it wasn't correct, he then lets me guess again and I told and him I was not going to guess. Taj starts raising his voice at me about getting the pin, to the point where he's now screaming at me. I don't know why he thinks it's okay to speak like that to a customer let alone do business this way. Disgusting. read more

Wow is this place an absolute ripoff! I needed a charger for my iPhone 8. Went here and bought a Belkin car & home charger. It was $50 but I needed it and that moment. I found the same EXACT Belkin charger for $15 on Amazon. I'm effn pissed! Steer clear of these crooks. So finally after 5 months a response to my review. Their customer service just isn't there. Taj and his team are great. We have our business account here and they could not be more accommodating. Our account has 8 different phones on it and each and every employee has been tailored with whichever phone / plan they choose. Anytime an employee wants to upgrade or make a change there is never an issue. If there is a hiccup they take it upon themselves to get on the phone with Verizon and sort through whatever is needed. I cancelled our service in October and even paid the termination fees as our contract (or whatever they call it had not expired.) It was worth it to just be finished with Verizon completely. I had Verizon on auto pay and because of our move (age and disabilities) I was not as diligent as I should have been and kept paying for some service not used. It turns out that when you cancel your account, they don't cancel the entire account. The game continues and I have been billed every month for service that we don't use and that we thought had been cancelled (hotspot from cell phone cancelled and hum car device) when we cancelled our ACCOUNT. I waited 30 minutes to get to a customer service representative who explained that there is no termination fee for the 2 items on the bill, but that we needed to cancel them separately back in October. They were not terminated when I called to close THE account. The attitude was "too bad" we will not refund any of your money and will issue a final bill. They finally offered to take $20 off of all that we had paid. I am deaf and have to rely on captions or a representative speaking slowly enough so captions can be typed for me. It never occurred to me that "cancelling our account" didn't mean EVERYTHING. I had to keep asking the agent to repeat what she was telling me as she continued to speak to quickly for me. They have taken advantage of this customer for the last time. They used to be the best but that is old news. read more

The screen on my phone which I purchased from them several months ago cracked. Taj filled out all the paperwork for me and made arrangements for the repair guy to come to my house to fix my phone. Twice now I have ordered a phone and had problems both times. On the first time, they sent the wrong phone AND left off part of my delivery address. Luckily the fedex driver took time to call and verify where he could find me. Took the incorrect phone back to a store with no problem and ordered another but.....they left off part of my delivery address AGAIN and who knows what will happen this time as it was supposed to be here today but has been delayed for the incomplete address. How is it they can manage to get the correct address for their bills but it's too difficult to get it right on a expensive order when ALL the correct info is right there in front of them???? read more

I found out about Taj Communications via Groupon as I needed to have the screen on my I6 fixed as was broken when I dropped it. The owner Taj greeted me and professionally explained that he would honor the Groupon price. He had his skilled technician repair the screen within 15 mins total in and out. In between this 15 mins, Taj was proactive in reviewing my current cellphone service/plans to confirm if I could save money with other plans. The phone was fixed to a satisfactory level for a VERY REASONABLE price. I definitely checked around and other phone repair stores wanted more money and required a 2 hour window on fixing. The following day, my phone falls out the car onto the highway. The screen is completely smashed and the phone housing has some damage. The owner Taj himself, meticulously used his tools to straighten the frame edges to be able to fit the new screen. The owner clearly understands how to quickly make a great customer service experience in retail. This will now be my first place I check for cellphone service, repair, and equipment. I would love to give these guys my business because the few times I've been able to catch them when they're actually open they are very nice. HOWEVER, they are NEVER friggin open. The hours on yelp do not reflect their hours (for example today is Sunday and they are supposed to open at 9:00am, and the door was still locked at 10:30am) They don't even attempt to put hours on the door since I'm sure they cannot abide by them. When calling the store, the # just rings endlessly before disconnecting you- no helpful message with hours of operation. Save your time and energy and take your business to the voice road store. I have been with Verizon Wireless for well over 10 years. My wife's father in the Philippines has become gravely ill, resulting in a month of international calls to the Phils from the US on 2 of our 9 lines. We have several international calling add-ons included. To make a long story short, Verizon Wireless is a 100% dishonest company. They have no problem pulling bait-and-switch arrangements on their subscribers. The bill is MASSIVE, with the per-min charges above what their advertised rates stated, as well as large surcharges with no explanation (think from $0.40 regular surcharge to $40 per line!). All this is upsetting, but if just explained properly by their customer support, I could probably accept it. But apparently, Verizon Wireless just sees their subscribers as free ATM machines. Their online chat only support doesn't answer any questions with any detail, with them providing you BROKEN links to supposedly help you understand! The response I received twice during my requests for details on the charges? "I show they are valid charges". Wow, that really clears up the mystery, right? WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. As soon as my family are all back in the US, I'm moving off of Verizon. I realize the other 2 big carriers may be the same, but how can you continue to do business with a company that so blatantly doesn't care about their customers? read more

I have been a Verizon Wireless customer for well over 10 years. I can't even remember how many phones I have been through in that time. Long story short, I was on my way from a Corporate store on Old Country Road after another bad verizon encounter. I had it with Verizon and was looking for an AT&T or T Mobile since I was ready to switch carriers. I had been abused by Verizon one too many times. I drove all over but could not find another carriers location. Out of shear necessity I stopped at this location. This store restored my faith in Verizon. The staff actually took their time to show me new equipment after I had explained to them what I was looking for in a phone. Can't thank them enough. I am a Verizon customer for 25 years and I have a small business . I've been having problems with my phone line since last week. But the first available appointment was on Thursday September 1,2016 , that's when my phone line went completely dead! Today is Saturday September 3,2016 after calling a million of times they still don't fix my phone line ! I have a service business and I can't get any phone calls , they refused to transfer my phone line to my cell phone. The people who worked for this company are very incompetent! We tried to get some answers from anyone & they are absolutely LIARS , meanwhile I'm loosing the most busiest time of the week which is the weekend ! I am extremely upset and no one from this company seems to care about fixing my problem ! I tried contacting managers , CEOs , everyone in charge and still no one is able to resolve this problem ! I am switches phone companies ! I can't believe after 25 years of being with them this is happening with all of this new technology in 2016 !! Verizon is the worst company EVER !!!
