I feared the worst and thought I was going to need a new one, but decided to give Repair Sharks a shot. I didn't know exactly where it was and didn't gave the GPS. The shop is located in an office building on a rather quiet part of Northern Blvd in Great Neck. I actually spotted Chris in the parking lot and wanted to ask if I was in the right spot. He took me in 5 min early, turned on the lights to the shop and helped me immediately. He took apart my phone, explained the process, explained the risks and the possible solutions and was able to fix the phone at a very, very reasonable fee. He offered advice and his expertise and was friendly and helpful. When I got home, there were still issues. I called Chris who responded right away and assisted with more support. I cannot express how grateful I am for his assistance and personalized attention. Hopefully I will not need his services again for a long time, but if anyone I know needs help I will tell them that this is the place!
