GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE! Gary is the worst at customer service, Baj is thouroghly incompetent and…read moreLehar interjects herself and interrupts you at any opportunity. Had to go there THREE TIMES just to pick up new phone and transfer data! First time I was there for 1 HOUR & 45 MINUTES! They messed up the purchase order, they needed to call THEIR tech support 3x, Baj CONSTANTLY was out of his depth asking them what to do next. I had to go to a doctor appointment and they DGAF. I finally left when transfer was 22% done, went to doctor and when got home transfer stopped!! I had to go back there as they were closing and I told Gary he can keep the phone just put it all back ill go somewhere else. He said 1) we're closed, cant do it now 2) it will be a $50 fee! He then offered to try to fix it. He said it stopped transferring because my original phone which he reffered to as a "dinosaur" had less than 20% battery so transfer wouldn't go thru. I countered that battery would have been FINE if they didnt take 95 minutes to transfer! A d if Baj knew it wouldnt work below 20% why didnt he charge it during transfer?! Garys reply? "Were busy". Not my problem. "He's new". Not my problem. "We had problems on our end" Again I said, not my problem!!! The only thing he could fo he said was "I could return tomorrow to finish transfer or to return phone with a $50 fee!!" I was incredulous. I said that's not acceptable and he replied "it's all that can be done right now". I again said that this is not acceptable. He flippantly replied "Well the phone is working". Again I could not believe what I was hearing. "I said I have half a phone, half contacts, half pictures and nothing is going to get my lost time back! What are you going to do about it?". Gary reiterated six times that I could come back tomorrow for either option. I explained that maybe we're having a communication breakdown, I would like to know what he's going to do to address the situation and a dissatisfied customer. He then stated that he would throw in a screen protector or a case for "my troubles". He also said, for what seemed like the dozenth time that I could inform the Verizon corporate office about my experience. I replied that regardless of how it was resolved I planned on doing that anyway! THIS got him REALLY upset (with a look of genuine concern) and he started barking at me that it was my fault for not bringing in a fully charged phone! I responded that "I can't fucking believe what I'm hearing". At this Lehar jumped in for the dozenth time saying "I can't use profanity there. Its a place of business and they're already past closing time and trying to do me a favor". I had had enough. I yelled (apparently profanity not directed at them and raising your voice was their cue to band together and try to get me to leave) at ALL of them that "they are a bunch of clowns and this whole situation rests on their shoulders". Gary, with his still contorted face screamed at me "Sir! There are cameras recording" pointing up to the cameras. I replied "Good! When I go to corporate they can review it!". Sensing I was getting nowhere I took the items and asked them what time they open tomorrow. Gary managed to grunt out "9:30". Baj still hadn't changed his deer in headlights look and refused to make eye contact; Lehar continued closing the score as if this was the most normal situation in the world. I again reiterated that they were a bunch of clowns and I'll be back at 9:30 tomorrow. Addendum: They fired Baj for incompetence and now that's MY PROBLEM per Gary. Apparently my phone was not meant to be free without a line upgrade. In addition barge forgot to take my old device for the trade-in. Now the phone that was supposed to be free is $800!!!! Gary told me there's nothing he can do and I could take it up with corporate because his system won't allow him to do anything. I went to the corporate store and spoke with Charles at the Verizon store on 106/107 in Jericho. Charles told me direct quote, that Gary only said that to me to get me out of the store. Moreover there was nothing that the corporate store could do I would have to call 611 for Verizon assistance. I did call Verizon assistance at 11:03 today. I am currently still on the phone with them at 3:55 this afternoon!!! GO ANY WHERE BUT HERE!!!!!!

I am disgusted with this Version location!! I needed my pictures and contacts transferred from one for to the other which is a simple thing!! He told me he can send me down the block and pay $25,ummm no thanks I took it to my usual place for iPhones,I am disappointed and disgusted that he made ZERO ATTEMPT to help me!!! He also asked me where I purchased my phone,my response I bought it from Verizon he treated me poorly after that which is irrelevant I have Verizon and and have had ALL my phones through them,he acted very shady and weird!! SHAME ON YOU VERIZON!!!!!

This is the first time I actually went inside a Metro by T-Mobile around this area (Hicksville…read morelocation). I initially went in there for the T-Mobile offer and then I wanted to conduct a little business at least that was the intention . I walk in this guy "Sam" is a guy who is waiting on me. I first asked him about the T-Mobile offer which is for the free apron It also says that you need to be in a "Metro by T-Mobile store and when you click on Save stuff in the app the timer appears because you need to be in the location and they (the employee) give the item to you. First off this man proceeds to be extremely argumentative with me about the offer, then continuously cuts me off while I'm talking, then questions ME while he's practically laughing at me as to the absurdity of why I'm coming in there inquiring about a "free item" that blatantly states on the T-Mobile app I am to go into any Metro T-Mobile location for the item, and the fact that he didn't even know about the offer ( the promotion) is ridiculous in and of itself, but yet try to make it seem as if I was crazy. I found him very disrespectful and rude and I absolutely will not be back there! After that entire exchange I retracted on doing any business with that particular location, but before I left I wanted to inquire about specific cell phones of Interest even though I've already spoken to other metro by T-Mobile locations and they've already given me price quotes Etc. I wanted to compare and see if he quotes me the same price or at least a better value I wasn't sure which is why I inquired . He gives me this "sorry but, not sorry" spiel about his attitude then he pulls up my account and actually tells me a price that is DOUBLE than what I've been told (what I have already done my research on, and spoke with other metro by T-Mobile employees in other locations at least two) i walk out of the establishment and he yells out this SARCASTIC "have a nice day "so not only is he completely disrespectful he's also a shyster, and just a down right condescending A*HOLE! I absolutely do not recommend this place or more to the point this location at the end of the day it's up to you what you want to do this is just my opinion . The Levittown location on Wantagh Ave (I believe ) is a lot better for starters where the employees there actually have respect for their customers and don't have that air of arrogance thinking that they are "better than you" by right because they're a man and you're not!

I 've been using the metro service for about five years. I randomly came to this store to activate…read moremy line on my new phone and add another line. The person there, named Sidh, tried to deceive me and insisted on using the old SIM card. Also, he changed the service fee several times. After a long delay in doing this, he finally sought help from someone else over the phone!!! and recharged me twice for a simple task of activating my new phone.He had no knowledge and consistently lied, only wasting my time and taking additional charges.

I hope they don't Sell Mart though…read morebecause with the service and issues here I doubt they could give it away ;) Stopped in here while staying on Long Island a little while back, to see about getting a screen protector, because mine was being shady. Was told that the whole screen needed fixing for about $100. I didn't want that done but he was pretty insistent about it and that just made me not want to buy a screen protector here - so I got one a few days later instead. One star added just for being a family place.

Horrible service! Went today to get a screen protector and case for my daughters iPad and the guy…read moregave me a quote for 70 bucks. I knew it was expensive but still said yes because my daughter was having a hard time using her iPad. As he's about to fix my iPad another customer comes and he asks me can I just show her the iPhone covers on the other side because I will have to clean your iPad and put the cover on which takes time. I said sure np. After five minutes of him showing the other customer (which came after me) iPhone covers, I look over and he's literally doing the same thing for that customer that he was supposed to be doing for my iPad ( putting a screen protector on). Good customer service would be - ok let me handle the previous customer first. I will be right with you. I still waited. After he was finished - he started getting personal calls on his cell which he was busy looking at. I just left. I can't deal with unprofessionalism and stupidity. Please take your business elsewhere to a business that has some common sense and will probably be cheaper. Wasn't fun standing there with my toddler watching this guys stupidity. The best thing - losing a $70 sale didn't even bother him one bit. ‍
