I called yesterday to ask about pricing for my shattered iPhone 16 screen. It seemed reasonable so I brought the phone in today at the scheduled time. I was helped right away and I sat on the couch to wait for it to be repaired. About 5 minutes later the gentleman that was working on it showed me that my screen protector had shattered but the screen itself was perfectly fine. I think we all know how easy it would be for him to not have been forthcoming with that information and I am grateful for his honesty. He replaced the protector for a nominal charge and won a customer for life! read more

This place is absolutely atrocious. I have come years ago once and had a decent experience, so I came back again to fix 2 ipads. They give you one price, fix the device which takes forever, then increase the price when it's all done. They also force you to use cash or zelle, to evade taxes... which is fraud. Go elsewhere to fix your devices! read more

Quick efficient service. Highly recommend. Went in with a broken glass on iPhone and was fixed in 45 min.

yea they will fix your phone (momentarily) i have gotten my phone screen fixed 2x first time not even a week later the screen turned black so i got it fixed again which i had to argue for a cheaper price. then after 2 months later here we are back to the same thing. he literally gives out cheap screens worth 20$ and sells it for 5x the price‼ if you want your phone fixed properly go to a good store. p.s he told me his not apple so it wont ever be perfect no matter what‼ read more

If I could give a 0 I would. Came in for a phone repair but since the screen and back was broken I told him to fix that too. He fixed the screens and phone seemed to work so he charged me $217. I get home and the phone doesn't work it only works with a charger or it only stays on for 5 minutes. When I go back the next day the guy at the front who helped me said he noticed a battery issue but never told me since I only came for a screen repair. Incorrect I came in looking for a fixed phone instead he gave me a broken phone with a brand new screen. read more

By mistake I forgot my IPhone6# in the laundry basket and dumpped in the washing machine and washed with the clothe. After that it wouldn't turn ON. I lost all my data & couldn't login to anything as all my passwords are stored on the Phone. I took ther Phone to Bestbuy Geek Squad & Apple Technicians they can't do anything. They said I am SOL.. But I knew there is someone who can fix my phone and recover my data.. that's when one of my friends recommended this place. I took my phone here and the Guy was excellent he not only fixed my phone, replaced battery & Screen. Now my phone works better than before and the price is reasonable.. If U are reading this .. U gotta go see this guy.. He is an excellent technician & he treats his customers like his own family & friends..from now this is my GO TO PLACE & IT SHOULD BE YOURS TOO.. .. read more

After these wonderful folks made my day last Friday by fixing my shattered iPhone 7 Plus screen within a half hour, I decided to double down and give them my old iPad (third generation), which has had a cracked screen for years. They repair that just as wonderfully, and did it for just 60 bucks. That's pretty much as inexpensive as this service comes. These guys are so awesome at what they do, I'm thinking of breaking all my screens just so I can bring them to them. read more

They fixed my totally shattered iPhone screen, which was so damaged I couldn't use any aspect of it. The man who replaced my screen did a great job, he was friendly and provided quick service. To top it off, their prices are very reasonable and less $ than through Apple, Sprint + other independent phone repair shops. read more

I have had a wonderful experience in this store, I brought an iphone 5 for battery replacement and it works fine also my iphone 6+ stopped charging and took it to apple (Huntington Mall) they said it was only good for parts and I should sell it. Good thing I did not listen and brought it to this place, they not only fixed it on the same day but charged me $85, Apple would not even fix it and offered me a deal on a new one for $395 too bad I didn't know about this place earlier, because AT&T sold me and Iphone 7 for $650 Gabriel was the nicest person and very big help! My name is Marie Svec and I live in Hicksville read more

Reliable. Quick. Never a wait. Always accommodating with my time. My go to place. They're friendly and always nice even when my 3 kids are talking loud and looking at the phone cases. Other places give you an attitude for just bringing a child. But not here. read more

Great service. Really fast much faster than I expected. Took proper covid precautions which I really appreciated. The price was very reasonable. I've paid more elsewhere for the same service. Very friendly, reliable service. read more

Everything I read online talked about what a pain in the ass my particular phone is to work with, but these guys were able to replace my cracked screen in under 45 minutes at a price that was at the low end of what I was quoted by places that would have had to order a screen for me. (They were the only place, and I called at least a dozen, that had the screen in stock.) While I waited I heard them helping other customers and everything sounded like full disclosure regarding fees and the like. I'd use them again if I had phone/laptop/tablet issues. read more

PhoneFixIt in Hicksville saved the day! My adult son spilled coffee on his I-phone and it immediately became inoperable. This happened late Friday afternoon and he really needs his phone for so many reasons (to check his work schedule postings that change all the time, etc.) They were able to fix his phone and I picked it up in 2 hours. Very professional and nice people. Best part is that they are open every day. I found PhoneFixIt on Google and we will definitely come back. I highly recommend this place. read more

My terminator iPhone 4S looks whole again!!!! My front screen was fixed in under 45 minutes, and I don't need to worry about chunks of my phone poking me in the face anymore (seriously). Ask for John, he's the best. read more

Tech was very knowledgeable and quick. Good service and nice seating area for waiting. Would have been nice if they honored the Groupon for my 6s and also if the warranty is 90 days instead of only 30. read more

Great service! These guys made my phone look like new! Got my screen replaced fast, I strongly recommend this place.

I wish I could leave less than 1 star. I took my iPhone 7 to have the screen replaced. I was told it would take 1 hour to complete which I was fine with. After taking my phone apart, the hour passed and the guy doing it said it would take much longer and for me to come back in 2 hours. I said fine. Then, I come back to the store to have a phone with a repaired screen, but the home button didn't work nor did the flash light for the camera. Also, when he tried handing it back to me, the speaker for the ear wasn't lined up which he tried telling me it was fine until I showed him. This "repair" costed me $300 and it made my phone have issues that it didn't have when I first walked in! I ended up having to replace the phone at Apple. DO NOT GO HERE! read more

I was seen right away and the tech was able to fix all the issues my phone was giving me. Great experience and customer service! Highly recommend read more

Ok this place SUCKS! I went there a few days ago and they "fixed" my iphone 6 but the next day it stopped working again. I went back today asking them to either fix it properly or give me a refund and they claimed they did nothing wrong. They blamed everything on me and didn't even try to take any responsibility. All they kept saying was that I must have hit or dropped it, but I didn't, they just scammed me and took $140 and refused to give it back or properly fix my phone. If I wanted to have them fix it, they demanded another $120. Horrible service and very unprofessional workers. This place does not even deserve 1 star. Never coming back. read more

The owner is awesome!!! I highly recommend this store. Very quick, efficient, friendly and pleasant ambience. Our iPhone got fixed in no time. read more

Had my phone fixed in December 2014. The Iphone 5C screen has a general history of rocking and becoming loose. I brought the phone in to see if it could be re-glued. The rocking was minimal and just a thing in my head, other than that it was perfectly fine. He told me be to bring it in and he would look at it and if necessary glue back in. What he did was replace the screen, fixed my home button and sent me on my way, no charge. I didn't drop it but he didn't know that. The repair was almost 6 months old it was my issue not his but he fixed it anyway. Who does that now a days. Great place to have your electronics fixed!! read more
