They give you one price, fix the device which takes forever, then increase the price when it's all done. They also force you to use cash or zelle, to evade taxes... which is fraud. If I could give a 0 I would. Came in for a phone repair but since the screen and back was broken I told him to fix that too. He fixed the screens and phone seemed to work so he charged me $217. I get home and the phone doesn't work it only works with a charger or it only stays on for 5 minutes. When I go back the next day the guy at the front who helped me said he noticed a battery issue but never told me since I only came for a screen repair. Incorrect I came in looking for a fixed phone instead he gave me a broken phone with a brand new screen. read more

By mistake I forgot my IPhone6# in the laundry basket and dumpped in the washing machine and washed with the clothe. After that it wouldn't turn ON. After these wonderful folks made my day last Friday by fixing my shattered iPhone 7 Plus screen within a half hour, I decided to double down and give them my old iPad (third generation), which has had a cracked screen for years. They repair that just as wonderfully, and did it for just 60 bucks. That's pretty much as inexpensive as this service comes. Everything I read online talked about what a pain in the ass my particular phone is to work with, but these guys were able to replace my cracked screen in under 45 minutes at a price that was at the low end of what I was quoted by places that would have had to order a screen for me. (They were the only place, and I called at least a dozen, that had the screen in stock.) While I waited I heard them helping other customers and everything sounded like full disclosure regarding fees and the like. I'd use them again if I had phone/laptop/tablet issues. read more

I wish I could leave less than 1 star. I took my iPhone 7 to have the screen replaced. I was told it would take 1 hour to complete which I was fine with. After taking my phone apart, the hour passed and the guy doing it said it would take much longer and for me to come back in 2 hours. I said fine. Then, I come back to the store to have a phone with a repaired screen, but the home button didn't work nor did the flash light for the camera. Also, when he tried handing it back to me, the speaker for the ear wasn't lined up which he tried telling me it was fine until I showed him. This "repair" costed me $300 and it made my phone have issues that it didn't have when I first walked in! I ended up having to replace the phone at Apple. DO NOT GO HERE! read more

Ok this place SUCKS! I went there a few days ago and they "fixed" my iphone 6 but the next day it stopped working again. I went back today asking them to either fix it properly or give me a refund and they claimed they did nothing wrong. They blamed everything on me and didn't even try to take any responsibility. All they kept saying was that I must have hit or dropped it, but I didn't, they just scammed me and took $140 and refused to give it back or properly fix my phone. If I wanted to have them fix it, they demanded another $120. Horrible service and very unprofessional workers. This place does not even deserve 1 star. Never coming back. read more

Had my phone fixed in December 2014. The Iphone 5C screen has a general history of rocking and becoming loose. I brought the phone in to see if it could be re-glued. The rocking was minimal and just a thing in my head, other than that it was perfectly fine. He told me be to bring it in and he would look at it and if necessary glue back in. What he did was replace the screen, fixed my home button and sent me on my way, no charge. I didn't drop it but he didn't know that. The repair was almost 6 months old it was my issue not his but he fixed it anyway. Who does that now a days. Great place to have your electronics fixed!! read more
