If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Sakki is the most honest establishment that I have ever dealt with. I brought my laptop computer in to replace a cracked screen which was repaired by Robbie at a fair price and fairly quickly. It was working fine for about 2 hours after I brought it home when all of a sudden it totally went blank and it would not charge up. I brought it back assuming that it was caused accidently by the repair. Rob didn't think he caused it but he also could not figure out what was wrong. He even sent it to Hewlitt Packard and they could not figure it out but could only fix it by replacing the motherboard. It was cheaper to just replace the whole thing with an identical refurbished computer which Robbie did, at no extra charge and even put in my original hard drive. I truly appreciate their integrity and fairness in dealing with this situation. I do not normally write reviews, but this time I felt strongly enough that one was warranted. As an IT professional, I am usually hands on when it comes to troubleshooting/fixing my own devices. However, when my iMac would not turn on, I needed to look for outside assistance. Due to the age of the computer, Apple's price to fix would have been cost prohibitive, and would have led me down the road to purchasing a new Mac. Rabie is the best. I got my first gaming PC and was at a loss at how to build it. I messed up installing some of the wires and hardware. I gave it to him on a Saturday and he called me telling me he finished it on his day off, Sunday! He finished it so quickly, and did a fantastic job on the cable management. For a great price too. He was very kind and gave me many tips on caring for the PC and any future upgrades. He answered all my questions, installed windows and all the drivers. He is the absolute best. This business was recommended to me by an IPhone repair man who works out of his garage. I acquired a second hand MacBook to replace my even older MacBook and had to do a hard drive swap. Dropped off a family members laptop. He was looking to recover files off the hard drive, which was corrupted and wouldn't start up. The staff at Sakki was so helpful with my Android phone today. I was having trouble being heard on outgoing calls. They could have lied and said that I needed a new microphone for my phone.
