What an amazing experience I encountered at Computer Service Center! I was having so much difficulty with my laptop freezing up during my zoom meetings. I was looking for a computer specialist who didn't work remotely. I saw several five star reviews and decided to see what Glenn could do for me. I had a short window (meaning less than a day) to leave my computer to determine the problem. Glenn assured me he could accommodate my timeframe. Kevin called me shortly after I dropped off the computer to tell me what the problem was. It was a simple fix and I was told I could pick up the computer in the morning. I received a call from Glenn at 6pm telling me he would be at the shop for another hour. He thought since I lived nearby, I may want to stop by and pick up the laptop. He knew I needed it. Not only did I pick up my laptop, I dropped off a second laptop to see if it is worth fixing. Computer Service Center, Inc. is an amazing business that truly places a customer's needs first. Computer repair is a lot like auto repair...you have no idea what's going on and can only hope the person you go to is honest and knows what they're doing...fingers crossed... I called Glenn at Computer Service Center and explained the problem I was having. He took his time and listened, without the typical, "I need to see your machine, when can you bring it to me..." He said he thought he knew what the problem was and made a couple of suggestions I could try on my own. He was 100% correct and I was able to resolve my issues without leaving my desk. Although I am a computer virus myself, Glen down at: Computer Service Center in Farmingdale has the patience to not belittle or insult my lack of knowledge and has not taken advantage of  my lack of knowledge in all the years that I have been going to the center.He does not try to sell me stuff I don't need. I find his Integrity in our dealings has always put me at ease and he explains things so even I can understand what transpires. They diagnosed the problem and repaired my computer! My computer works like it was new!!! Horrible customer service! Rude, unhelpful, and condescending conversation when I contacted them to purchase 4 computers. I have a moderate knowledge of computers but I was treated like I knew nothing. I contacted them asking specific questions looking for a specific type of laptop and the guy decided to tell me how their business works and I was not worth his time. I brought my computer tower to Computer Service Center to have it cleaned. Glenn was honest and courteous when he told me that the computer was infected and he would clean it. Brought my old mac book in because it was slow for a long time and eventually wouldn't boot up. They replaced a cable within the Mac book, replaced the hard drive and restored all my files and settings. It works better then the day I bought it.
