What an amazing experience I encountered at Computer Service Center! I was having so much difficulty with my laptop freezing up during my zoom meetings. I was looking for a computer specialist who didn't work remotely. I saw several five star reviews and decided to see what Glenn could do for me. I had a short window (meaning less than a day) to leave my computer to determine the problem. Glenn assured me he could accommodate my timeframe. Kevin called me shortly after I dropped off the computer to tell me what the problem was. It was a simple fix and I was told I could pick up the computer in the morning. I received a call from Glenn at 6pm telling me he would be at the shop for another hour. He thought since I lived nearby, I may want to stop by and pick up the laptop. He knew I needed it. Not only did I pick up my laptop, I dropped off a second laptop to see if it is worth fixing. Computer Service Center, Inc. is an amazing business that truly places a customer's needs first. I profoundly recommend them to anyone who needs a computer repaired. The added bonus for me is Computer Service Center. Inc. is located in my neighborhood. I have always made it a point to support my local businesses, and this business truly shines! Thank you Glenn and Kevin! read more

Computer repair is a lot like auto repair...you have no idea what's going on and can only hope the person you go to is honest and knows what they're doing...fingers crossed... I called Glenn at Computer Service Center and explained the problem I was having. He took his time and listened, without the typical, "I need to see your machine, when can you bring it to me..." He said he thought he knew what the problem was and made a couple of suggestions I could try on my own. He was 100% correct and I was able to resolve my issues without leaving my desk. This is anything but typical! Anyone else would've had me bring it to them and then, who knows what would've happened next! Courteous, professional, honest...what else do you want from a person you are trusting and choosing to do business with...many. many thanks Glenn!!! Adam C. read more

Although I am a computer virus myself, Glen down at: Computer Service Center in Farmingdale has the patience to not belittle or insult my lack of knowledge and has not taken advantage of  my lack of knowledge in all the years that I have been going to the center. He does not try to sell me stuff I don't need. I find his Integrity in our dealings has always put me at ease and he explains things so even I can understand what transpires. If I have questions he answers them, and does not try to nickel and dime you to death. It is a shame that other businesses don't come with again (a lost art in today's world) his  INTEGRITY! I had moved from F'dale to Calverton and I travel to The Computer Service Center Because of my trust in Glen. Artie G. one Happy Camper. Thanks Glen for keeping me up and running.. read more

After doing business with Glenn at the Computer Service Center for the past nearly 20 years I thought it was high time to express my gratitude for all the help he has provided to both me and my son. No matter what type of computer issue we were having, Glenn always offered a solution that provided a positive and economical outcome. Not only has his pricing always been reasonable, but the turn-a-round time for any repairs or replacements has always been right on the anticipated schedule. With all the associated anomalies related to computer usage it's a pleasure to know that a knowledgeable person like Glenn is available when needed. It's been our pleasure doing business with him and his associates. Mike Brown, Sayville, NY read more

I was very impressed with the help I received at the Computer Service Center. I came in to price a refurbished laptop after my computer kicked the bucket, and Glen talked with me for about an hour figuring out what computers he had that would fit my needs. I ended up being able to get a computer through my employer, otherwise I would have bought from Computer Service Center without a doubt. I will definitely be returning here with any computer repairs that I need to have done, as it is clear that the owner is a genuine, honest person who is not out to take advantage of his customers, but to help in any way he can to fit your needs. They are pleasant, and they are extremely knowledgeable. I relayed my problem briefly, they presented me with the most cost effective solutions available to me on the spot and they executed them within a day. Even referred me to a better Antivirus software, and installed it for me. Computer Service Center is a gem, we are lucky to have them in 11735. read more

Horrible customer service! Rude, unhelpful, and condescending conversation when I contacted them to purchase 4 computers. I have a moderate knowledge of computers but I was treated like I knew nothing. I contacted them asking specific questions looking for a specific type of laptop and the guy decided to tell me how their business works and I was not worth his time. Guess what buddy, your business is not worth someone wasting their time. Warning, stay away from this business! read more
