Jim was awesome in explaining all the available options, while detailing their process. He frequently communicated updates on the recovery progress via email and by phone. When I followed up about a small portion of missing data from a specific time frame, he was able to go back into the phone's storage and locate the missing data that the DJI app had corrupted. We approached a couple of different employees, who had to make several paging announcements in an effort to locate the sales associate responsible for the printer department. What made the wait particularly surprising was that we were the only customers in that department at the time. Since my husband had already selected the exact printer he wanted, we were simply waiting for someone to assist us with the purchase. Fortunately, once we finally received assistance, everything went smoothly, and we were able to purchase the exact printer my husband had selected online. Overall, despite the slight delay in receiving assistance, our shopping experience ended on a positive note.
