I came here based on the reviews, glad I did…read more My iPad was not charging at all, so I assumed it was time to have the battery replaced. The shop owner told me that he wanted to try charging it for an hour before doing anything unnecessary to my iPad; such as opening it apart. I later received a phone call that my iPad was just fine, it was just an issue with the charger. I was not charged for the diagnostics but I decided to buy the charger and an iPad cover from him, just because he was so kind and honest with me. We need more repair shops like this. Unfortunately most places will just fix things that don't need repair and charge you for it.

I would avoid going to the mall kiosks as they charge whatever they want, tells you it will take x minutes to fix even when it shouldn't take that long and uses off-brand replacement parts. I did a Google search & decided to give this place a call- Vijay ordered the Samsung lens for me and 2 days later, I drove 30 mins. here & got it fixed for a very reasonable price. He was a cool guy- always responsive, friendly and it took him less than 15 minutes to replace the lens. Highly recommend I Fix for all your tech repair needs *call first*. The technician is very knowledgeable, and friendly, but he charges his service very expensive. He…read morecharged me $ 350 dollars plus taxes for 40 minutes of labor. Then one day after, the speakers, and microphone were disconnected of the computer. I called him again, and he told me his price was again $ 350 plus taxes. So, it is difficult to pay $ 800 dollars for a job that is done in one hour and 5 minutes. I understand inflation is high but there should be some kind of consideration with the customers. In any case yellow pages advertises the charge of $150 per hour, and that does include the commute of the technician to the site. In conclusion I got another technician who came to add the speakers and microphone to my computer in 15 minutes, he charged me $140.00dollars. I do not recommend this busines.

We still exist. I called about my Epson printer that isn't working and wanted to get it looked at. So the young man that answered the phone put the owner on the phone. I'm so sorry I forgot his name. But he totally consulted me over the phone. Didn't think it was worth repairing and gave me tips on how to try and fix it a cheaper way even offering me a tool to clean it for free. He even told me a cheaper way to get a little more life out of my iPad without spending so much on fixing the cracked screen. He won't be rich he says. But neither will we. Spread the wealth. This man just did. CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS BEST. BAKING tips from 3-4pm. Lol. Inside joke.
