Let me tell you, it was quite an informative experience. The owner (I didn't catch his name) walked me through the process. He showed me the inside of my phone once he opened it and explained what he was doing every step of the way. Through casual conversation he also gave me a few tips on how I can save money on my first desktop computer purchase. Everything took about 20 minutes and the price was reasonable compared to other places. My phone is as good as new. This man is a national treasure! :-)
