I was quoted an estimate from Beacon to fix my computer that was HALF in price compared to what my computer's manufacturer quoted me. Not only did Beacon fix my computer, but it actually seems to be operating better than before the spill. So thankful I came across this business. I brought them my 20-plus-year old old computer in hopes they could access the photos and videos. The machine was running Windows 95 and only had a dial-up connection to the Internet. I couldn't find anyone to help me. Beacon accessed the hard drive for me and transferred all of the media files to a thumb drive. Words can't express how impressed I am with Chris and Vicky at Beacon Computers! From the minute I walked in they put me at ease, and I have to say i was panic stricken. I explained my situation, gave them all my contact information and left my equipment. They contacted me before promised and were able to resolve my all my issues at a very reasonable price. If you've experienced computer issues before you know how frustrating and devastating it can be. I've since recommended them to friends, family, and co-workers. All of which have had nothing but great things to say about their services. That right there speaks volumes. To be able to recommend someone's services without hesitation means allot to me. And I do so with confidence. We've since had our phones repaired by them as well. My wife cracked the screen on her phone and when you spend $700 on a phone and think your going to have to throw it away and buy a new one it hurts.
