Someone you can totally trust & rely on even with sensitive data!! I run a busy local Real Estate office and my main computer could no longer open PDFs which brought our business to a halt. (Since we have sensitive data, I knew I had to go with a local trustworthy firm.) The owner of CRC came to my office once I explained my problem. I gave them my MacBook that I accidentally closed hard and the little corner part of the screen cracked. Although the crack was small the screen wouldn't work. The only way to fix is to replace the other half of the computer. The cost is about 75% of a brand new MacBook. I understand that it is an expensive process but if i am spending so much money, It should come back fixed. When I got it back the new screen had a crack on the apple logo. My camera does not work, and they gave a BS excuse for why they couldn't connect the camera to the mother board. The backlit keyboard doesn't light. The screen is loose and does not stay open properly. For the money I spent, some more consideration would be nice. I do not recommend at all. read more

Trustworthy, quick and efficient. I appreciate that they give a free diagnostic check, and the cost for repair seemed very reasonable. The turnaround time was great as well. I dropped my MacBook off and they called me about an hour later with the issue and estimate, so I decided to have them fix it and I picked it up same day. All the staff were very friendly. I was visiting family in NY and my laptop crashed. I was freaking out and found these guys on Google. My computer wouldn't start and I thought all my files were lost including my family photo's. The owner Chris explained the repair process in detail. As he promised, he called me within an hour of dropping off the computer with a repair price. He saved all my files and had the computer back to me the same day... They are great; I have used other companies in the past and was not pleased. CRC was honest and very fair with the pricing... This company has been around for 15+ years, so they must be doing something right.... The entire repair cost me about $65. They were also the only place I found that offered Free Estimates! Wow. Just wow. Im a fossil. Literally i fart dust. I do not know the first thing about computers. I have a friend who usually helps me with all my stupid questions but this week is a very very busy one for him so i didn't want to bother him. My HP laptop would not boot up. The fan ran but no power. This happened before and i bought a new battery and problem solved but not this time. I was getting very anxious and panicky because you know God forbid i can't lay on my fat ass in bed watching the new Cobra Kai on youtube on my laptop so i looked up computer repair from my 1991 desktop and came across this gem. I spoke to a very nice guy Matt and he told me to come right in. They do a diagnostic test for free and then call you with the issue. I came late on a Friday and they called me back and said they were able to power it up but still needed to run tests and would get back to me. They called me on Sat and still not sure of exact problem. They always kept me in the know. They were closed Sunday and by Monday at 2pm i had my baby back. It turned out to be a burned out chip or something like that. They were very professional and helped an old bat like me and calmed me down. Thank you again and i highly recommend them to anyone. I love these guys! I had a problem with the keyboard on my laptop. It needed to have the keyboard replaced. I have a strong attachment to this laptop even though I have access to a desktop, tablet, & smartphone. I called CRC, they said bring it over and they would diagnose and determine if it would worth repairing. I heard back from them in less than an hour, they were able to replace the keyboard as they had it in stock and in about 2-3 hours - I had my laptop back, with a 1 year warranty on the keyboard! I cannot commend the professionalism, workmanship, and prompt response enough. The store is spotless and everything on display is neatly done. They are easy to locate and have ample parking. This company is wonderful!!! From the moment I brought my "dying" laptop in, they treated me with concern, care and kindness. They called repeatedly to give updates on the computer's condition, which made me feel safe. They were able to fix the machine AND retrieve the files that I needed. When I picked up the machine, Chris, the owner, said he would walk me through the wireless printer hook-up, which he did. Matt was a good listener, patient with answering questions and explaining the steps to repair Windows on Mac. He was able to do a reinstall of Windows on same day and test a software program that failed to load and get Windows connected to the internet. All in all what was very frustrating for me as a user was solved with the knowledge, and expertise brought to the table by an unruffled professional. read more

These guys are awesome!! They helped me out immensely with my broken laptop. Plus they offer same day service when possible. They are certified technicians on-site unlike everywhere else I attempted to go to before I found CRC. All of the other places I called wanted to send my laptop out and told me it could take a week or more to find out whats wrong with it and how much it would cost to fix. Ummm... no thanks! Crc got it done in only a few hours! They got back to me with the results of the diagnostics the very next day so I could figure out if my computer was worth fixing or not. Honest people. Brought my desktop pc in for repair since it was freezing and making a loud noise, after free diagnostic check they determined that it was not repairable. They offered a few options and were not pushy at all. I had them transfer all data from my desktop to laptop as well as install top rated anti-virus program on their recommendation.
