We recently bought a new printer and needed it working ASAP. I tried to set it up myself and ended up in a rabbit hole of error messages and Wi-Fi confusion. I called Churchill Tech Support in a bit of a panic, and they sent a technician out later that same day. I told him right away, "I'm not good with this kind of stuff," and instead of brushing me off or making me feel dumb, he explained everything in plain English (no tech jargon), and when I didn't understand something, he was so calm and kind about explaining it again. He didn't just set up the printer and drivers, he walked me through how to print from my phone and how to do scans either from the printer or from my laptop. He even helped me write down little step-by-step instructions so I could remember next time. I felt respected and not rushed at all. By the time he left, the printer was working perfectly and I actually felt confident about using it all on my own. HUGE! Icing on the cake, they are very reasonably priced too! don't waste your time with this so-called computer repair shop. the experience was zero stars…read more my computer desktop froze, and then would not reboot. i called this shop and spoke to the owner, steve levy, and informed him of the above. he said that a repair would cost at least $250, and recommended that i buy a new computer since the desktop was 5 years old. i subsequently took the desktop to best buy "geek squad" and they rebooted the computer within a few minutes at no charge. do not deal with pinpoint !

Total lack of professionalism from the employees, including the owner…read more Our printer was giving a false error and we called them and requested a service on 4/8/19. They sent a technician on 4/11/19 who said he was going to order the faulty part and come back to finish the work on 4/17/19. On 4/17 I called them to see at what time they were coming to fix the printer, and the technician (Michael) said they were waiting for the part to arrive. The next day, as they didn't show up, I called again and to my surprise they said they never ordered the part, and that they needed our authorization. At that point, we were 10 days without a functioning printer in our office. I spoke with the owner (Steve), who said he would order the part and we scheduled their visit for Monday April 22nd. On the 22nd I called the owner to ask at what time they were coming. He didn't know who was coming, or at what time, or if the parts were ordered... he didn't even remember our last conversation. At the end of the conversation, without any reason or explanation, he said he didn't want to do business with us anymore, and hung up the phone. Maybe he didn't like that on our last conversation I mentioned his technicians were overcharging for the parts? Or, most probably, they once again failed at ordering the part. Who knows, the reality is they not only wasted our time, but also showed how little they care about their customers. Save yourself the headache and look for another company.

She immediately connected me to Andre´, the repair manager, who sent someone over the same day as my call. Although the repair couldn't be completed that day, understanding my frustration and need to be able to print, André sent a technician over the following day . Michael worked knowledgeably, skillfully and carefully. While the machine was disassembled he checked the condition of other parts to make sure they were in working order, and made sure the printer was working properly prior to leaving. My experience with Specialty Business Solutions was a good one. The price for the repair was fair, their customer service was excellent and their technician was skilled, neat and thoughtful. I would call on them again.
