The manager hid in the back like a coward and made the counter person tell me that they aren't accepting the warranty because of these deep scratches in the screen but otherwise the warranty would have been covered because they don't think Google would accept it. I could have gone somewhere else and had my laptop fixed weeks ago. Instead, I got lied to, strung along, and ignored. This is hands down one of the most unprofessional, unreliable, and downright shady businesses I've ever dealt with. The item ordered was suppose to be in connection to the original issue that brought me in. After the previous work they completed, there was damage to speaker resulting in the other person having difficulty hearing me. However once again, I was told there was no notation of that. How convenient. Whichever worker assisted me today was on a personal call when I arrived. He never hung up entire time I was being assisted. Last time I will use them for any services.

I went back the very next day and they had brown paper over the whole storefront. This was on July 23rd. I called many many times no phone call back. Finally in oct they opened up.
