    I have been a loyal customer at Jay's for the last 10 years. Bought numerous appliances and never had an issue. This week they went above and beyond!! I had an AC that was still covered under the manufacturers limited warranty but out of Jay's coverage period and I was having problems filing a claim. The AC hobbled thru its 4th summmer and even though they didn't have to help me Madelyn and her team got me a replacement unit! 4 YEARS LATER! That's what shopping local with a family owned business gets you. They have been in business a long time for a reason. Amazing store. Amazing staff!!

    5 stars for the associate Andy! I support mom and pop stores.Being a Senior advocate I make sure not one of my seniors gets taken advantage of.No one should get taken advantage of.However seniors on a fixed income can be taken advantage of very easily, but not at JAYS APPLIANCES. Andy and the staff have long relationships with their clients.One will feel that they really care.Always ask ......What do you do for seniors? Ask as many questions, and you will be answered, and not rushed. You will be treated with respect. The big box stores do not treat their customers with patience, and hardly explain anything these days especially to seniors! Everyone needs an advocate! again 5 stars for ANDY at JAYS APPLIANCES in levittown.

    This P.C. Richard & Son truly has it all. We came in for a quick browse to check out some…read moreappliances and TVs. The staff was really friendly. We were asked if we needed help several times from different employees. Everything seemed organized and clean with a huge amount of variety. I was especially impressed by the TV section. It's a great place to come to compare several different models. All of their pricing seems to be in line with other big box, stores, and websites like Amazon. Actually, buying here in person seems like a great idea. There's no need to order online when you can come experience everything in person and pay fair prices. Plus, you get the product immediately. P.C. Richard's also felt like a way better experience than Best Buy. Every time I go to Best Buy, I end up waiting for someone to help me for at least 15 minutes. This location was fully staffed, and you could have your pick of employees to help you find what you need.

    We have bought several appliances from PC Richard (stove, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine) and…read morenever had a problem with installation until the dryer we recently ordered was delivered earlier this week. The installation crew was sub contracted out and not very experienced. They needed to disconnect the washing machine, which was installed by PC Richard about 2 years ago but failed to shut off the water valve first, and then told my husband that the tubing was old and leaking (which it was not). When they put the washing machine back in place, they couldn't get it back to its original position. When my husband inquired about making sure that a connector was installed on the back of the dryer (to ensure that there was no friction on the wires caused by a vibrating dryer) they had no idea what he was talking about. On top of that, they were not fluent in the English language. I contacted our salesman, who arranged for a team to return to the home, which they did the next morning and they were clearly PC Richard employees (arriving in a PC Richard truck, with PC Richard shirts). It took them less than 5 minutes to install the connector and move the washer back to the correct position. When purchasing appliances from PC Richard that need to be installed, do whatever you can to make sure that PC Richard employees, rather than subcontractors, deliver and install. This review would have been more stars, had it not been for the first installation crew.

I purchased the ge profile stainless steel package…read morefrom jays spending $6200 after after the salesman Carl explained to me and my wife that they have been around a long time and always back up what they sell me being originally from Levittown and would rather buy from them instead of the big box stores to get the personal touch after having the appliances delivered the refrigerator worked properly for 2 days and for no reason at all the water dispenser stopped working I then called jays and the immediately said we do not take care of appliances sold and gave me GEs phone number. I then called ge and was told I would have to wait 2 weeks for an appointment. When the repair man finally showed up he did a couple of tests and said he would have to order some parts and the next appointment would be in two weeks. Now I was quite disappointed in that my brand new refrigerator was basically a piece of garbage I called jays again and spoke with another salesman who explained to me that in his exact words "we sell sh@t" and will not do anything for me the next morning I look into the freezer and see 2 inches of frozen water at the bottom called jays again and spoke with the owner explained the situation and told him I would like to return this defective unit and want it replaced for one that works his response was the same as the salesman he can't do anything for me and couldn't afford a return. Now this was not the response or attitude I was expecting or deserved I just wanted the appliances I spent 6200 on to work properly not to much to ask. Now when the 2nd repairman showed up and did his diagnostic checks he explained to me the last guy didn't know what he was doing and he needed to order more parts and they would take another week to get here so it's been over a month with this refrigerator water dispenser does not work ice maker does not work and water drips into the freezer making sure there is always frozen water at the bottom jays refuses to help and why would they they already have my money and the repairman from ge are basically incompetent so my advice to anyone looking to go to jays in Levittown stay as far away as you can go to best buy, pc Richards Home Depot there's a reason these stores are everywhere they stand behind what they sell unlike jays who treats their customers like garbage so do yourself a favor and do not go anywhere near them

Many customers paid large deposits, had their kitchens gutted, and are now classified as unsecured debt. They will likely receive nothing. People are out $10k-$20k+ with destroyed kitchens and no recourse. This is unforgivable. My kitchen was completed, but even I wasn't spared - my "lifetime warranty" is now worthless. And compared to the people left with half‑demolished homes, my loss is minor. This is a pathetic, disgraceful way to end operations: shutting down overnight, running away from obligations, and leaving customers and employees to suffer massive consequences. Even Spirit Airlines - a company famous for its issues - treated me with more integrity. When they wronged me, they refunded me. Wren did not. The CEO keeps the money while customers lose everything. Disgusting. Deplorable. Unforgivable.
