The installation crew was sub contracted out and not very experienced. They needed to disconnect the washing machine, which was installed by PC Richard about 2 years ago but failed to shut off the water valve first, and then told my husband that the tubing was old and leaking (which it was not). When they put the washing machine back in place, they couldn't get it back to its original position. When my husband inquired about making sure that a connector was installed on the back of the dryer (to ensure that there was no friction on the wires caused by a vibrating dryer) they had no idea what he was talking about. On top of that, they were not fluent in the English language. I contacted our salesman, who arranged for a team to return to the home, which they did the next morning and they were clearly PC Richard employees (arriving in a PC Richard truck, with PC Richard shirts). It took them less than 5 minutes to install the connector and move the washer back to the correct position. When purchasing appliances from PC Richard that need to be installed, do whatever you can to make sure that PC Richard employees, rather than subcontractors, deliver and install. This review would have been more stars, had it not been for the first installation crew.
