There was no charge to come out and look at the TV - there was a charge to take the TV back to his shop, but he applied that charge to the final cost of the repair. And the total cost of the repair was significantly less than replacing the TV. He was an incredibly good sport about the difficulty of finding parking in our area, and the fact that we failed to actually connect the first time he tried to return the TV. I recommend him highly, and would use him again in a second if the need ever arose. (hopefully not!)

I brought my amplifier there because some of my speakers didn't seem to have sound he took in the amp and diagnosed it and found one channel had a lot of static going on. He also said it needed a good cleaning. I gave him the go ahead to make any repair and do any service needed and it turned out wonderfully. I dropped my amplifier off at his store on a Friday afternoon and got it back the following Wednesday, how great is that.
