The staff I interacted with tried to be helpful, but the management was unprofessional, dismissive, and seemed more interested in avoiding responsibility than resolving customer concerns. Communication was poor, and when I asked for assistance with an issue, I felt like I was being brushed off instead of treated like a valued customer. A situation that could have been handled quickly turned into a frustrating experience because of the lack of accountability and customer service from management.

We didn't have a Geek Squad appointment, but because we were willing to wait a bit and let them work it out, the staff found a way to accommodate us without having us "cut the line" in front of people who had appointments. I Love personally shopping and making the connection with the employees, salespeople and the managers. The shop notified me that the repair may take a few weeks and was able to repair the player. When I arrived home with the player it was not working. Upon return to the store and re-evaluation, Scott noted that sometimes when transporting the cd player if it is not flat in the car, it can effect the CD player.
