If you want to send your gear to them, please be patient and work with them. This may mean calling every month or two to follow up. But to find someone who knows what they are doing and care about making great tech keep going, he is worth his weight in gold.

The shop owner told me that he wanted to try charging it for an hour before doing anything unnecessary to my iPad; such as opening it apart. I later received a phone call that my iPad was just fine, it was just an issue with the charger. I was not charged for the diagnostics but I decided to buy the charger and an iPad cover from him, just because he was so kind and honest with me. We need more repair shops like this.
