He's a bass-baritone, perfectly capable of training my soprano voice--though it can be annoying when he sings in my range better than I do :). During our voice lessons, Joel uses my words to explain complex concepts. I never have the sense he's talking down to me. I suspect he can teach to a wide range of talents and experiences, from beginners to pros. (I'm somewhere left of middle.) We've talked about nuances of vowels and consonants, diction and IPA. I highly recommend starting with a one-hour voice lesson, half of which may be vocal exercises and the other half working on a piece that you and Joel choose. We've worked on Schubert Lieder, Brahms, Mozart, and "Greenfinch and Linnet Bird," from Sweeney Todd. Still to come: a jazz standard and a karaoke song. After researching pricing from competitors, we decided to choose prius kings because of their warranty and pricing. We contacted them and they scheduled an appointment a few days later. Their technician Max was very friendly and arrived on time for our appointment. He first friendly and arrived on time for our appointment. He first performed a diagnostic to be sure there were no other problems happening with the vehicle. After confirming a hybrid battery issue he moved forward with the installation which only took about 35 minutes. The car is now running great and we are very happy with the service performed by Priuskings and their technician Max.

Prius Kings provides an affordable way to replace your hybrid battery, but there are some important…read morethings to know before you do business with them. The most important point is that the Prius King replacement batteries are not reliable and will need to be replaced frequently. Your Prius hybrid battery consists of 28 modules with 6 cells in each module for a total of 168 battery cells. Prius Kings refurbishes those cells and can replace modules or your entire hybrid battery. However, those refurbished 168 cells provide a lot of points that can fail. If a handful of cells fail to hold a full charge, then low voltage from a module will cripple your Prius. When buying a hybrid battery from Prius Kings, you must buy the longest possible warranty coverage. In my experience, the Prius Kings hybrid battery failed every 6-18 months - 12 months on average. The warranty covers the cost of the replacement modules, but it doesn't cover the labor cost of having a Prius Kings technician replace the modules/battery. That labor charge averaged $400-500 each time the battery failed. Before Prius Kings will respond to your request to replace your battery, they will ask you to provide pictures of the failure codes from your car's computer port. Take your car to a local auto-parts store and they will generate the failure codes for free. Use your phone to take pictures of the failure codes. Don't bother taking your car to the dealer to get this done. The dealer will charge too much to check your hybrid battery and won't understand that you need actual pictures of the failure codes. Prius Kings is slow to respond to requests to replace your battery. In my experience, it can take 4+ weeks to get everything done. First, the Prius Kings office may take a couple weeks to respond to the online request. Try calling the office after you submit the online request. Then it will take a couple more weeks to get the work scheduled. Here in the Boston area, there's one technician and he primarily works on weekends. He's slow to respond with his availability and I waited 2 weeks before he provided potential dates for getting the work done. You'll be asked to pay for the work before the technician comes out. Read the fine print in the contract. There are additional charges depending on how you pay. In my case, they insisted that I pay by credit card, then afterwards they charged me an additional 3% for credit card processing. When I complained about the hidden charge, they said it was my fault for not reading the fine print in the contract. The Prius King technician comes to your house and does all the work. As part of this process, he resets the computer in your car. If you've played with any of the computer settings to do anything like turning off the reverse beeps, then ask him to restore those settings. Once you head down the path of using Prius Kings to replace your hybrid battery, you'll be stuck with them for however long you keep that Prius because it's too expensive to switch to a different hybrid battery.

I called Dale pro audio, and was transferred to Tim Brown the owner. He told me that my order was cancelled and I received the microphone by accident. My order wasn't actually canceled, and a microphone was sent so I could cancel it (maybe they weren't in good standing with amazon?). So I thought okay no problem, tough times, resend me the speaker. Tim, for whatever reason didn't want to sell the speaker on amazon and used my order to do so. He asked that I pay him through PayPal. I ended up having to pay through PayPal again, while my first order refund still hasn't posted to my bank account as I'm writing this review because he refused to re-list it on amazon prime, where I have already bought the item. I'm out 3,000$ for one b-stock speaker, not a pair, and Tim is adamant that the speaker orientation is a left, so I purchased a RIGHT from alto music (Bobby montemuro). Right speaker arrives from alto. After all that, a right speaker also arrives from Dale Pro Audio, which is what I purchased initially. I could have just ordered a left from Bobby. After the back and forth, no apologies, or show of solidarity. He sends me a return label. I'm writing this review because I strongly believe it's not worth it especially if you're a serious musician. Low priced items okay, but I could not trust this company with anything expensive, not because I received a wrong item but because of the culture that exists within this company. If I'm met with such dishonesty and disregard from the owner, imagine what it's like on a regular basis.
