Marcus is a great listener, a customer service representative must have that distinct quality, that's why Marcus was able to offer alternative selections. Marcus worked hard to deliver exemplary customer service that concluded with a sale. At checkout they have a monitor that informs you of what register you are to step to. It speaks the number. How cool is that. I would say, if you need anything from A to Z that deals with high technology or electronics, the micro center is where you need to be. At this store you need to flag someone for assistance. Just waiting does not help. Look for staff in blue shirts, for they can assist. There are good deals to be had at Best Buy. Your delivery team showed up 1.5hrs after the scheduled time, so now they were in a rush to get the job done and go.
