Even though I'd never organized a meeting like this, they identified what we needed, gave us a reasonable quote for it, made themselves available for setup and teardown before/after the event, and even adjusted the equipment rental and pricing on the fly when they realized we didn't need a TV because the new venue had one in place already. Everyone was super nice, clearly knew what they were doing, and yet never talked down to me. And the sound was so good, the remote participants could hear us better than we could hear each other in the room. @_@ The event was August 2022, but I realized I never wrote a review. I ordered the item in the Target app and then drove to the store once I received the notice that it was ready for pick up. I know this location is not exactly "new" but it is not exactly old either. Let's go with new-ish. This means that a lot of the shops around it are also relatively new (I'm purely going by how worn down the buildings and restaurants look). It was kind of cool to visit a new-ish business but if you're thinking this Target is going to be like the larger ones at Menlo Park you may be disappointed. This Target is more like a "medium" sized one. While it does offer a good variety, the aisles are a bit more cramped and everything just feels a bit more "squished together" than other Targets I have visited. The day I went it was chaotic, but it *was* Christmas shopping season so perhaps that goes without saying. All that said, the place was as organized as a Target during Christmas shopping season can be. The employees were all very nice, especially in helping me locate the bathrooms which were oddly all the way in the back to the right. Quite unusual. My order was ready for pick up as promised and I had no issues picking it up. High marks for service. In each case it took nearly 30 minutes to resolve. In today's in person experience it took nearly 15 minutes to track down an employee to help open up a locked pharmacy shelf, even though the store was empty. That's the unusual thing here... this Target is fairly new and usually is not packed. It's a shame because they are the closest Target to me, and they also have a Starbucks inside. If I'm dependent on an item I might go to Clifton instead, and only come here to shop for groceries.

She brought the phone and quickly processed the sale, when I saw the box I realized it was not the phone that's I wanted (and the receipt).It was an older version; which has lower price in stores . Before I even did touch the phone with or turned it on I complained and she would say I misunderstood the model , which is not the case. I asked her to talk to manager she said there is no manager. And there is no way they would return the phone. I did not even touch the phone , much less then it out the store, still she would not receive it back. Then a so called manager came and I asked him, he said the same thing. I feel very cheated, since it was a quick procedure so I would not perceive it! Besides I have another complaint: she lied to me about the differences between IPhone 6 and 6s saying that is just a small feature difference in camera. That is not the case since the RAM , processor and other features are very different. The 6S is much superior and she said otherwise. Another false information was when I asked about battery for the product: she told me that the iphone have brand new battery which is not the case (She did say they would change all "internals" in factory in the refurbished process) I bought it today and it's already with low duration. App says it is 80% capacity's (after charging) and third party apps say even more wear to the battery. I feel cheated and all the things that happened indicate a very unfair and shady way of doing business Again, I asked for a refund before I touched the phone and as soon as I had my receipt and saw the back of the box ! I believe the "quickness" of the transaction was to prevent me from fully knowing the device! I would recommend anyone to even enter this store !
