Every time I buy something there, it requires ten more trips back to the store because the item is…read moreincorrect. The associates only know their specific department and suggest items that are totally incompatible with other components - even when you are buying them at the same time. They want you to be able to build and customize your computer yet they sell you a bunch of items that do not even work together. The online tech support told me to order a specific adapter and it is a good thing I asked to confirm at the store because I was told I need something else. That one does not work either. The associates are nice but I am about to return two brand new computers and the additional devices and products and never set foot in that place again because once again, they have either sold me the wrong thing or have left out critical pieces needed to use my devices despite me asking several times if this would be all I need. Save yourself a lot of time and go anywhere else.

The…read morephone was shown to be less than 4 months old and should have had 8 months left on the 1 year Apple warranty that they provide every phone they sell. When I received the phone, I noticed that under warranty it said "Expired." Then I entered the phone's serial # in the Apple Coverage website and it said: "We're sorry, but this is a serial number for a product that has been replaced." This means that the phone had been an Apple replacement phone and the phone that was being replaced was never sent to Apple. So the replacement phone loses its warranty and will not be serviced by Apple - even for paid service.
