John stands behind his work, takes pride in what he does, and genuinely cares about getting the job done the right way. As first-time homeowners, we've had a lot of projects to tackle, and John has guided us in the right direction every step of the way. Our first project with Breezy Electric was grounding our pool while it was being renovated. John also handled the pool light connections, as well as the electrical work for the pool heater and pump. I interviewed several electricians before choosing Breezy, and what really stood out about John was how thoroughly he explained everything after I described what we wanted. He also made thoughtful suggestions that, looking back, I'm very glad we followed. He wasn't just focused on completing the immediate job--he was thinking ahead about what we would eventually want to do with the property. Another huge plus was how well John coordinated with Gus Pools throughout the pool renovation. That communication made a big difference and helped keep the pool construction on schedule. Since I was planning a full backyard renovation, including outdoor lighting, a gas grill, and an EV charger, John also made sure to leave the proper electrical connections in place for future projects. That kind of foresight has been extremely valuable as we continue renovating. I haven't had any serious issues with the work, but whenever there has been a small hiccup, John has always been responsive. For example, I once didn't realize an outdoor GFCI outlet had tripped, and John was quick to come by or send someone to take a look. Overall, if you're hesitant about who to hire for an electrical project, I highly recommend Breezy Electric. John is knowledgeable, thorough, responsive, and stands behind his work. I also appreciate that he gave a (reasonable) estimate based on my initial description of the project. He communicated well, showed up when we agreed, fixed the problem for a final cost very close to the initial estimate. The slight difference was to be expected as there were 4 (or 5?) circuit breakers that had to be replaced. He followed up on some other issues that he and I noticed, with a plumber that he works with, with as good an experience. For the cynics out there, John, pka Breeze is proof that there are honest, capable, personable tradespeople out there!!! Make him your go-to electrician, he's mine!

It is now October 25 and I still do not have the couch. Yesterday the company announced they were pursuing bankruptcy and would not be offering refunds. They also said they would not be able to communicate any more about the whereabouts of my couch. I understand they are in a tough place but they literally have $4000 from me. I was strung along with emails promising things like a $500 refund and messages that if I just wait my couch will be here soon. I can only say they are irresponsible and corrupt and effectively stole my money. I will update this review if I receive a refund.

In short, I highly advise you seek a refund as getting your purchase seems extremely unlikely at this point. I placed my order in June and still have not received the couches - haven't even received an estimated delivery date. Completely unacceptable from any business (big or small) after spending THOUSANDS of dollars on product. Teak is in ongoing litigation with the company that actually makes the Teddy sofa, OMHU. Teak claims to have the couches in their US warehouse but with no proof and zero guidance on when they plan to actually ship anything out. I implore anyone waiting on Teak for an answer to save yourself the time and hassle and just try and somehow get a refund on your order. Based on the latest update I got, things look bleak for Teak and there's really no telling whether you'll ever get your order. It's worth thinking about whether they'll even be able to refund you at all now that they're in a legal battle with OMHU. For what it's worth, you're able to buy the same couches for significantly less now on OMHU's US site.

Their stock seems to be more parts, rather than complete items - but that's kinda the cool thing. If you're interested in custom lighting options, it might be worth just to drop by this place.
