Was told that the product just arrived at the warehouse and would be shipped out that day. Strike 2 -- dont show an item as in stock if you didn't already have it in stock. Two days later, still no email or tracking info, so I have to call again. Strike 3. This time was told by a different guy that my order was refunded because it was out of stock. But I check online and the product is showing as in stock still with a price 2x what I paid (now in line with the rest of the online sphere's pricing) -- idk how many strikes to count for these events but it would be several. Why am I being lied to? Why have I had to reach out every time instead of proactive communication from the retailer? Why was my purchase price not honored like any good retailer would? This store has every possible part you would need to repair, rewire, or make a lamp or chandelier. Although you would have to get the base or frame elsewhere. Service was friendly and helpful. Prices were good. The tree was $100, which might be a bit high, but it's very pretty. We needed coffee, and the nice man who helped us said that he would wrap the tree while we were gone. He didn't even ask us to pay in advance. When we came back, it was wrapped. Excellent customer service! Much appreciated.

As first-time homeowners, we've had a lot of projects to tackle, and John has guided us in the right direction every step of the way. Our first project with Breezy Electric was grounding our pool while it was being renovated. John also handled the pool light connections, as well as the electrical work for the pool heater and pump. I interviewed several electricians before choosing Breezy, and what really stood out about John was how thoroughly he explained everything after I described what we wanted. He also made thoughtful suggestions that, looking back, I'm very glad we followed. He wasn't just focused on completing the immediate job--he was thinking ahead about what we would eventually want to do with the property. Another huge plus was how well John coordinated with Gus Pools throughout the pool renovation. That communication made a big difference and helped keep the pool construction on schedule. He communicated well, showed up when we agreed, fixed the problem for a final cost very close to the initial estimate. The slight difference was to be expected as there were 4 (or 5?) circuit breakers that had to be replaced. He followed up on some other issues that he and I noticed, with a plumber that he works with, with as good an experience. For the cynics out there, John, pka Breeze is proof that there are honest, capable, personable tradespeople out there!!! Make him your go-to electrician, he's mine!

The electrician could not fix it. I called the company, they could not fix it and they knew of no one who could. I brought it to Brooklyn Lamp Repair on 65th St. in Brooklyn, NY. Its a typical Brooklyn shop with items from the 1800's to todays modern lamps. The owner, Eddie was fantastic ! He took my sconce apart, looked it over, and told me to come back in two days. He got rid of the inside LED strip and transformer and rewired it to accept a dimmable LED bulb. Eddie and his wife were friendly, professional and reasonably priced. Two days later I picked it up and walked out smiling.
