Initially I was ignored for weeks, and when I finally got a hold of someone, I was told that I would have to come by for pickup. (They never offered to refund the delivery fees charged.) So... our fridge stopped working and hubby is in the Netherlands. Total panic. Hubby said in our community Facebook group people were recommending Dave and son at Triangle, and boy did they deliver! They even had a cabinet guy come over to shave a cabinet opening so we could get a taller fridge. If you're part of a local community with an association, they may even already have a generic COI (certificate of insurance) on file like they did for us, definitely on the ball. read more

They're lucky they even got 1 star but that's not an option on here to give none. They installed an air conditioner and did a pretty bad job. When we called to complain, we were accused of lying even though pictures were sent as proof that they did a half-ass job installing the AC. Not to mention all the money we paid to install then tip the men who seemed like they didn't even try to do a good job. Horrible customer service, will not be recommending this place to anyone or coming back ever. Word of advice if you're looking to purchase something from here, DON'T DO IT. read more

THIS REVIEW IS FOR APPLIANCE REPAIR ONLY. I had my 15-year old washing machine repaired for $80 a year ago. The deal is, if the repair doesn't work, they give you a credit for that amount towards a store purchase. A year later, the machine still works just fine. The repairman is what we used to call a "hippie" but who cares? He's personable and knowledgeable and I gave him a $10 tip. My only regret is that he doesn't service dish washers! read more

I contacted them two weeks ago because I was told by Friedrich that they are authorized service people. They said they would let me know if they can come to my house and fix my air conditioner. It's been two weeks and still no one has called to tell me either way if they will fix it. Moving on. read more

Thank you for your response. I was not so upset about the fact that they would not wear the booties, I was more upset with the way in which they stated they would not wear them. No explanation given, just a strict no without any consideration for the safety of our home. Had I known beforehand that this was a safety issue for them, I would have worked out some kind of arrangement on my end to avoid contamination such as drop cloths or papers to cover the high traffic areas. When we spoke, we did not discuss booties or the safety hazards that may arise from using them. Maybe they assumed we had discussed this and that was the reason the strict no was given but it did not feel as if my household was being respected. read more

I was reading through the Reviews and was surprised about the 1 star some people gave. I bought 3 appliances from Dave at Triangle TV, and all 3 were smooth transactions. Even after a year of purchase, I had questions regarding servicing and he explained to me in great detail for 30 minutes about the product and its nature. I needed 2 new PTAC units installed in my condo. I called places all over Northern NJ. I finally got through to these guys (via a recommendation), and they were great. I got a very good quote from them. When you call, ask to speak with Dave (the owner). The blue awning outside the building says "See Dave & Save". They sell all kinds of appliances - refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, etc. They're good, old school guys. I took the Light Rail to 34th St, to meet them in person before making my decision. I bought 2 Friedrich PTACs from them. Friedrich offers a 2 year warranty. Triangle TV & AC offers a 5 year warranty. Literally if ANYTHING goes wrong in the next 5 years, I can call Dave and he will have my PTACs fixed immediately free of charge (I was told) read more
