Seeing the reviews about this fellow, I had a good feeling about him. I reached out on a Wednesday late afternoon, and Freddy was at my house by 2pm the following day. He's very intelligent and a really good guy. He used his camera a lot to diagnose where the leak in my washer was coming from. Unfortunately for both of us, the leak was coming from the place where the transmission enters the drum, and to fix that you need a whole new drum unit, and it would cost an arm and a leg. So I sent him $90 via Zelle... but while he was here, I remembered the problem with my freezer. The ice maker for the "ice balls" has been kind of broken for almost a year. I haven't fixed it because it works... it makes and releases the ice balls, but it makes a real racket in order to release the balls into the basket... sounds like someone playing drums in there. He checked it out at no extra charge, wasn't able to see anything damaged, so we decided that if we can continue to live with the drummer inside of the freezer, we'll wait till it actually breaks completely and then he'll replace it for us.
