I cannot recommend this company enough. John came to fix my Subzero refrigerator. He was extremely professional, honest and gave a very fair quote to do the job. Definitely the best to work with. read more

They came out quick. They are honest and high integrity. They did not stick me with an unnecessary repair. It turned out that my lightbulbs were just out. Jiggling the panel turned them back on. I thought I had bigger problem. I've definitely encountered repair people who would have been dishonest and told me I had to replace the whole control board or something. These guys did not. I will definitely call them in the future when I have any other problems with my major appliances. read more

Alex came out to repair my subzero freezer today. What an absolute gem! He knew exactly what was wrong when he heard the noise that the freezer was making, had the part available, and was able to fix it immediately. He brought his own shoe covers and put them on without that awkward moment where you have to ask someone to put on shoe coverings. He also vacuumed before and after installation. The company offers a 90d guarantee. Sal and Mike immediately sent over the insurance form that my bldg requires. Working with the company was so easy. Thanks for saving my frozen Giordano's deep dish pizzas that I hand carried back from Chicago, Alex! read more

I used the company to repair my Sub Zero wine fridge. Sal was very helpful in scheduling an appointment quickly and trying to understand the situation over the phone. The team worked flawlessly to provide my building with a COI and paperwork in record timing. John came to do the repair and was super professional. He even arrived with shoe coverings! After reviewing the problem with the wine fridge, John offered me two options for the repair and explained the pros and cons of each. I am very happy with the quality of work and felt that the pricing was fair. I will use them in the future. Highly recommend giving them a call! read more

Subzero and Viking Repair Group - Sub Zero wine fridge - Appliances & Repair Near Me - Brooklyn, New York

My Samsung oven had some buttons that stopped working. I started to look for a repair group on Yelp and they were one of the group who responded quickly. I decided to give them a try and they were able to send a guy, Alex, to look at the stove on the day I wanted. He was able to quickly assess what was wrong and was able to order the part promptly. The part also arrived at the time he specified and things were fixed in under an hour today! Alex also offered to clean up some debris behind the stove for me. Amazing service! Would recommend. read more

Alex was wonderful! Very friendly, clean and efficient. We will definately be calling this group again for other repairs!

SO many positive compliments I could give this company. They are professional, courteous, punctual, and their customer service is top tier! I called them about our SubZero freezer not working, and had to cancel last min, and there were absolutely 0 issues. They didn't try to "sell" me on anything, and were so polite. If you are looking for an ethical and knowledgeable repair company, then look no further. 11/10, would highly recommend! read more

Thank you Sal and John for the prompt and professional assistance with fixing our Subzero fridge! John immediately recognized the issue and had the parts on hand to fix it. Much appreciated. read more

John serviced my Subzero and replaced the MCB control board this morning. Sal organized the new part to get my 18 year old subzero cooling like a brand new refrigerator that will hopefully last me another 20 years!!! These guys are great and super professional and courteous. read more

John was very prompt, professional, and knowledgeable regarding the repair (fan replacement) of my Sub-Zero fridge. After my self-diagnosing the problem, John came with the replacement part, verified the issue, and fixed the fridge in a single visit. I had been expecting 2 visits and was pleasantly surprised when it was fixed in one. I highly recommend them! read more

I had received a quote from another repair company for $962 (replacement ice maker part and 30mins labor ). I know it's NYC but that sounded excessive. I found these guys on Yelp and called Mike who told me it didn't sound like it was the ice maker that was actually the problem. He sent John over who was amazing! He was able to diagnose the problem right away, defrosted the built up ice (making sure he made no mess) and said the ice maker didn't need to be replaced at all. He saved me over $800!!! Love these guys! Can't say enough good things about them! read more

Great communication and they got the fridge fixed. Very quick in getting the job done and very professional.

John was very professional and fixed the issue with my microwave right away. I told him about an issue I was having with my dryer and he was kind enough to look and saw that the vent was disconnected, which he also fixed. I highly recommend this company if you're looking for quality appliance repair. read more

John was responsive and on time. It seems he has encountered this specific problem with SubZeroes many times in the past, as he quickly identified the problem and fixed it -- at quite a high fee. The fix had to be made, and we agreed to the charge. His partner, Sal, back at the office was helpful in delivering John. read more

My Frigidaire oven wouldn't light so I called them at about 10 Am. They sent someone over the same day. The gentleman showed up on time, pointed out that the oven igniter was faulty and repaired it on the spot. Took him about 30 mins. Great service from start to finish and great communication. Rates were very fair for quality of work. Had gloves and mask. read more

Although I have no other similar repair service to compare against, but they were top notch in response time, customer service & repair. They were courteous, great in explanation, straightforward and very knowledgeable. Last, but not least, not only would I HIGHLY recommend them, but please make sure to ask for Alex too! read more

Had refrigerator repaired by dan......he did a great job..very knowledgeable and professional...price was adequate ....thank you...

I came home from a week-long trip at 1am to find my fridge warm. I put in a yelp quote request and received a call the next morning. Mike was at my apartment later that afternoon and despite running into some problems with my Super allowing him into the building, was extremely patient and waited until I received permission for the repair. He diagnosed the fridge and replaced my motor fan in less than 30 minutes. Great service, professional, friendly and COVID-safe. Mike will be my direct call next time I see a problem read more

John quickly diagnosed the problems with my Bosch dishwasher and Subzero refrigerator. He provided a very reasonably priced estimate for a range of repairs, from the required to optional items, and honestly explained each. He was polite, prompt, and professional in expertly executing the repairs at the quoted price. I will gladly recommend this company to others and call them next time an appliance needs repair. read more

Two months ago we had Bosch washer leaking water. The technician Alex was on time, very experienced with the washer, and fixed the leaking pipe inside very quickly considering all the heavy loading, disassembling, reassembling, and handling with care. Very happy with the washer so far. read more

On November 21, 2022 Subzero and Viking Repair Group repaired my 27 year old Viking oven and, since then, it's been operating just like new. Their service people appeared to be very knowledgeable and efficient. They had the necessary parts in the truck, perhaps because I had an online chat (in advance of the visit) with their booking agent. And they were able to quickly get my oven in working order on the day that they paid their service visit. I only note that they arrived a little after the scheduled time because they had trouble finding a parking space, and I think they should have called or texted to provide an update on their arrival time. Other than that, I give them the highest possible rating. I've waited a month to post this rating because I wanted to see how the oven holds up....and it's doing just great thanks to them! read more

We had an emergency when our oven broke down before Christmas. I wasn't sure if I could find help due to the timing, plus how tough it is to set up a repair in NY. I turned myself to yelp and it automatically sent requests to a few companies, Sal from Subzero came back quick. He even picked up the phone on Sunday and sent John to us on the next day. The process was easy and quick. They were all very patience and explained every detail. Now the oven is up and running and Christmas dinner is on again! I considered this was my Christmas luck to find them. Highly recommended! read more

Helped me fix a Jenn Air stove so don't just do just these brands. Two men that came were on time, courteous and thorough.

My fridge and freezer needed extensive repairs and replacement parts and I was under a time constraint of going on vacation. John, the technician arrived promptly was courteous and generous with his time and efforts and everything is working beautifully now. read more

Excellent communication, extremely responsive, always come on time, and perform the repair on the spot. John repaired my freezer last year quickly and professionally and the whole freezer's worth of food did not even defrost he was so fast. More recently he came to try and diagnose a weird noise from the fridge. Of course once he was there, the fridge was silent. John didn't even charge me for the visit which took up a good chunk of his time. I'm incredibly relieved to have found these folks. read more

I'm so happy to have found these guys! This was the third different repair service that came to fix my Sub Zero freezer (which is only 3 years old!). It was easy to get an appointment and John came the next day, accurately diagnosed the problem with my freezer drawer, and then came back as soon as parts were in to fix it -- correctly, finally! In the meantime, I needed additional repairs on my Wolf oven and my Wolf microwave (both also only 3 years old but not these guys' fault and another story!!!!!). The parts are hideously expensive and I might not buy Wolf/Subzero appliances again, but that's beside the point. John knows exactly what he's doing and this service group is prompt and efficient and their prices are fair. I will definitely be using them going forward. read more

I had a malfunction burner from Bosch cooktop and the previous 2 service technicians (from other companies) simply gave up on them. Lucky to have John as the 3rd try and he patiently diagnosed the problem, improvised the solution as the venturi part is almost impossible to dissemble, and eventually fixed the issue. Highly recommend the service, especially John, if you have hard-to-fix issues on expensive appliances. Excellent job! read more

Super excellent experience! They sent someone out the same day when my subzero fridge stopped maintaining the temperature reliably, and the person came on time, with a call half an hour ahead of time, and diagnosed the issue and changed the part in the same visit! My fridge is working perfectly now. 10/10 experience, I would highly recommend to anyone!! read more

Very pleased with the service that John provided!
