The second time, he replaced the glass again (free of charge) and now the problem is even worse - the screen has several air bubbles and is frequently unresponsive & still turns off randomly, usually when I am working with a client and need to show images. It is also a lot darker than it should be (even at the highest brightness setting). JUST BE AWARE: that it might ruin your ipad/iphone irreperably. At your own risk.

It required being sent deep into Brooklyn due to the complex breakdown inside the iPad, and wouldn't be ready until very late the following day, and not be sent back until the morning after that. After we had to leave for Massachusetts. so Sunny dropped everything and personally drove to Brooklyn to pick up the iPad as soon as the physical repairs were finished, and brought it right back, to meet us with. And he threw in a free charger, too. I was able to have surgery with my iPad keeping me company through my hospital stay, and my painful recovery. I will only go to Appleberry Repairs for my or my family's iPad and iPhone repairs, from now on.
