After having services completed thw screen repeatedly detached from the device. Initially when I returned the cell phone technician repaired the glass by putting it back in place and screening tighter ensuring me that this would not happen again. 2 weeks later it came out again. I then came back and the cell phone technician told me I was doing it on purpose or perhaps I dropped the phone. I showed him the cell phone so that he could see that there were no abrasions or scratches anywhere on the device. The glasss itself remained in perfect condition. However it would pop out in my pocket. He refused to repair the device and attempted to sell me yet in additional replacement screen. Avoid this repair center at all cost.

This is not an honest business. Poor quality work and shady service…read more I came here last weekend to repair the broken screen on my Pixel 2 XL. My phone had a big dent and was flashing. I wanted to support a local business so I came here instead of my usual shop. They quoted me $350 to order the official part, or, $200 to replace it with a screen they had handy. For the expedited service I agreed to the high price. However when the job was 'done', they presented me my phone with a few significant areas of dead pixels and a TAPED UP top area, which obscured the time and battery in the status bar. When I voiced that I was unsatisfied with the service, the business owner Monica pressured and guilted me about "how hard" the tech worked on it and that she said it "wasn't going to be perfect". I ended up paying $175. The following week my boyfriend went back three times to dispute the charge, and Monica continuously dodged him, conveniently out when her coworkers said she'd be there. Traumatizing.

I have two iphones, an IPhone 12 RED and an Iphone 12 Pro Max that did not want to turn on. I did have an IT place here in Florida look at it without opening it up. This my error. I called Mr Fixsmith in Forest Hills and talked to Mahmoud. I let him know of the situation and told him I'd be willing to send both phones to him via UPS so that he could look at it. The cost of the UPS was on me and that was ok. Mahmoud was great. The batteries in both devices needed to be replaced. He called me to let me know what was going on and an approximate date the devices would be fixed. He did set my expectstions which were spot on. Mahmoud is an A++ professional. I appreciated the communication. It's my experience, that kinda of communication does not happen much here in Florida. I had a trust relationship when I lived in Forest Hills and unfortunately, being here in Florida, it lessoned but not anymore.
