I've been a customer of James @ Queens Wireless for over 15 years. He has installed remote starts on all the cars I've owned over the years. About 10 years ago I moved to Suffolk County and it takes me an hour to get to him but I always come back. I've never had a single issue with any of the remote starts or alarms he has done for me in the past 15 years. I work on the 3rd floor and my car is about 100ft away or more at times and I never have issues with range. I cannot say the same for others that I work with that had remote starts installed in other places. His wiring work is neat and no scratches on the panels or broken clips etc. His uses quality parts as well. His customer service skills are on point and will always do the right thing by the customer. Give him a call and you will see what I mean. I am not sure how that other reviewer ordered online from this store since a web search and their store shows no signs of any web presence. This store was beyond horrible! I have see this store for years in my neighborhood but never went in because I always had Verizon. In june me and my wife decided to switch to ATT because of better plan prices compared to verizon now. When we got in the store we felt like we were in a local business that was friendly but a little unorganized looking. Unorganized because the phones on the wall were all over the place with no real order, the main desk that everything you can think of placed all over, the walls were painted different colors and one wall had painters tape on it; the store overall looked like it needed a makeover. The sales person we dealt with was the only one present went we went in. He looked like he might have been at least 16 years old and struggled to let us pick out the phone we wanted instead throwing out every lame excuse for us to only buy either an iphone or galaxy phone. He was also eating and texting on his phone when he was supposed to helping us. His attention was being dedicated to whatever he was typing on his phone. Lucky for us we went over the plans and phones for ATT and knew what we wanted and did have to bother with the pushy kids "advice." We picked our plans, had our phones ordered and numbers set to port to ATT. We were told that our phones would arrive during the week, but that the store will calls us so we don't have to waste time coming in. This was good because me and my wife do not have a car currently and would rather not walk to the store everyday after work. A week goes by with no call from the store. Both me and my wife forgot about our phones orders since we were busy at work (our office was working on a big project). Two weeks later we realize we ordered phones from this store that were paid but never told to come pick them up. We finally went into the store to pick them up. Today there was that same kid behind the desk and a guy that might have been the manager. Both gave us a little amount attention; maybe because they already made money on us. It took the kid 15 minutes to find our order; he also had no excuse for why we were never contacted. We get our phone boxes and notice that they were already opened. The manager made some excuse that he personally was testing the phone before we picked them up. It looked like someone went through the boxes messing up the booklets and even opening up the chargers! One of the boxes was missing a battery.The manager ran to the back and back a few minutes later, proclaiming, "it must have had fallen out of the box!" We left pissed, but at least the store transferred our contacts and pictures to our new phones! Well, they said they did, but clearly never even bothered. A few weeks later and we got a surprise on our bill! Our bill included quite a few extra charges for things we did not ask for or were even told about. We placed a call to ATT's customer service, we vowed to helps us out. Customer service sent us brand new phones will free accessories and gave us a packing label to mail back the phones from this store. They said that this store might have sold us used phones and that they are on a list of 3rd party ATT stores that are in investigation for bad service and practices. They advised us to not go back there anymore and gave us a local store that we can go to instead. Overall I was disgusted with ATT, because of this store. I now realize the only thing bad about ATT was this store and not the name! AVOID THIS STORE! read more
