Do not just take their word for it. I came here to get my screen fixed through T-Mobile insurance. The repair itself was fine, but the customer service afterward was an absolute joke. After the fix, they pushed me to buy a screen protector. I normally order mine from Amazon because in-store ones are usually cheap and poorly made. The only reason I agreed was because the employee assured me that if there were any issues at all, I could bring it back and they would replace it with no questions asked. The younger guy who installed it clearly did not care about doing a good job. He applied it lazily, and while it looked okay at first, within a week the protector started peeling from the bottom left corner. I went back fully expecting them to honor their own words and instead got told it would be 12 dollars to replace it. At no point during the original conversation was this replacement fee ever mentioned. The employee then pointed to some random sheet of paper nowhere near where we talked, trying to justify it. That is not how you do honest business. This is a classic bait and switch and it shows they have zero interest in standing by their word. I walked out without paying because I refuse to reward shady practices. If this is how they treat customers, I would not trust them with anything more than a basic repair. Bottom line: If you have a T-Mobile insurance claim, be extremely careful here. Record what they promise you, get it in writing, or better yet, take your business somewhere else

These guys are honest and will make sure that your phone works even if they don't get it the first time. Their website can use some redesign as I couldn't see a mockup of my print job (it was fairly straightforward as I just had pdf files to upload, but VistaPrint or FedEx Printing would show you a mockup of what the final selection would look like, but Print in Minutes did not give me the option). So I crossed my fingers and hoped for the best! I was BLOWN AWAY by the quality of the print job I received from Print in Minutes!! They make my previous VistaPrint order of a similar print job look like absolute crap. The file I had sent over had white lines on the sides, and I was worried about how it would work - on VistaPrint, there's really no one there to proof your work, so if there are random white lines on the top, or a weird red line on the side, it'll print exactly the way you uploaded it. Here at Print in Minutes, they were definitely more detail oriented and made my hack pdf job look super professional! I was blown away by how much nicer my print job was here, and I had opted for rounded corners on my job and I LOVED it. No delivery charge if you pick it up! Parking on the street, so next time I may just get it FedExed to me - I ordered 1000 postcards and it was HEAVY to carry it a block down to my car. The cardstock that was used was legit. I'm a fan!! The first was replacement of a cracked screen for my daughter's Samsung Galaxy phone. Took a couple of hours and the price was right. No problems with the phone afterwards. The quoted was the price we paid. This week, I walked in to see if Power Button stocked replacement batteries for the Google Pixel 2, the phone I've been using for the past two years. The battery needed to be ordered, so I paid a $10 deposit and agreed to come back in three or four days for the repair. Once the battery arrived, the fix took about two or three hours, and cost $60, parts and labor. The two brothers who run this shop are hard workers and very customer oriented. The store is open Saturday evenings until 8. Closed on Sundays.

So I'm going to have to change my review here from a positive to a negative. I was shopping around…read moreto fix the screen on my iPhone 11 and I was quoted prices in the $300 range but this business offered to do it for $135. So I took the phone in and had the screen replaced and everything was good for about three weeks or so. After that the screen became on responsive and when that happened I immediately understood. These people will replace your screen and it will work for a small amount of time but ultimately it will stop working ,and when it does , I would imagine that they will not take accountability for it so I'm not even going to bring the device back to them. I would imagine that if I did bring the device back this would be the two possible scenarios: 1 - It's your fault because it's been three weeks 2 - We just don't know what the problem can be and there can be many reasons so we will hold your phone and try to figure it out but of course we won't figure it out and will not accept accountability. If you have an expensive device and you need a screen replacement you'll have to fork out the money to pay for the right equipment otherwise you shouldn't bother. If you have a high-end device don't take it here to be repaired because the repairs will not last long as they use subpar replacement parts that don't last very long. Go to Apple or a reputable third-party repair.
