Appliances are some of the most expensive items in the store, so you would think someone would always be available in that section -- but that just wasn't the case. The refrigerator section isn't very large, so the selection was limited, but we walked around for about 20-25 minutes without anyone asking if we needed help. It didn't seem like many associates were on the floor, and when I looked around, I happened to see one associate leaning on something (not too far from the appliances), staring into space. He could've been assisting customers in the surrounding area -- especially since it was the weekend. Overall, my mother did find a fridge and was happy with her purchase, but the customer service definitely needs improvement. The Best Buy on Grand Ave closed down -- no one is exempt.

So here I am, a small woman, forced to carry a heavy laptop box through the street while she loudly announces the $2000 price tag for everyone to hear. Absolutely ridiculous and humiliating.
