It turns out my phone was slightly bent and the touch sensor needed to be changed because the bent damaged it. I had to leave it overnight with Alex and the next day my phone was good as new. Showed up early for my appointment and thought to inform them of my early arrival. Sunny called me and suggest I come by to location B (3 train stops away) because his tech guy would be running late for my appointment. So with a hint of hesitation made the trip to location B. It took his tech guy less than 5 mins to repair my damaged LCD digitizer. I wanted a new tempered screen protector as well to lessen the damage if I WERE to drop it again because things happen. I figured I would help support a local business during this time but I regret it. I brought my iPhone X in for a repair that cost me $280. Almost not worth repairing given the low cost of the iPhone 11, but figured I could do a color change since the housing was being repaired. My repair took months ( I brought a new phone while it was still in the shop ). When I went to get it, the housing was black, instructions weren't followed and the shop owner was unapologetic about his mistake, even after having my phone for so long. But I decided to pay the fee anyway and cut my losses. When I get home I notice there are now issues with the power button, the housing wasn't put on correctly. Pass on this shop there are much better options which you can spend your hard-earned cash at.
