This place is pretty nice. It's mostly a cellphone, video games (and consoles) and a PC repair store. Plus they have a lot of cellphone accessories, iPod accessories and PC upgrades. I guess that's why they called it Upgrade (duh..me) So, I picked up a few PSP games and saw that they have a few of the hard-to-get Wii consoles. I asked the guy if there was any difference between the Apple one and the one that costs $180 and he assured me they were the same. I decided to get the $180 and they fixed it in 15 minutes. As soon as they fixed it I noticed that the phone was very dim even at the maximum brightness. The guy said that was usual. I was mad at this point but it was too late since he already replaced the glass. I would have spent the $300 if I had known that, but that's what I get for trusting iProdigy. Then a few days later, I noticed a bright white light leaking from the top of the phone. A month later, the glass totally broke (even with a screen protector). The shop owner told me that he wanted to try charging it for an hour before doing anything unnecessary to my iPad; such as opening it apart. I later received a phone call that my iPad was just fine, it was just an issue with the charger. I was not charged for the diagnostics but I decided to buy the charger and an iPad cover from him, just because he was so kind and honest with me. We need more repair shops like this. Unfortunately most places will just fix things that don't need repair and charge you for it.
