When everyone said no :( these amazing gents said yes. A day drinking faux pax on my part resulted in water damage to the max.... Quick message on Yelp resulted in me dropping my phone off within minutes of them opening. After a quick diagnostic they were able to determine my phone needed some additional TLC. I was without my phone for 2 days ( torture ) but all is well and I can absolutely say I will be using NYCIrepair for forever and always ! read more

Repaired a damaged ear speaker. Could barely hear phone calls before, I had to put everything on speaker. They did it quickly while I waited ~10 minutes and it's much better now. iPhone 7+ only $59. read more

I frequent this place more for discount cartridges [cartridge world] for my printer and usually pick up cartridges for friends as well while I am there. They used to be on street level but have moved onto the 12th floor in one of the buildings nearby. The savings for cartridges can be significant and while they may not always have as many as you need, the do a pretty good job of accommodating. I have not used them for any repair needs yet but am sure they are just as efficient. I would recommend. read more

Do not come to this place , they sell you fake apple devices .. i went to apple and they told me this themselves .. they steal your hard earned money then make up lies about why the device is not working .. sure they have a 90 day warranty policy but what's it good for if the products are fake ..: stay away stay away Update: After 3 hours , police involvement and a headache , i obtained my money back .. super grateful for that . I do, however , stand by what i said as apple would of never lied to me , even one of the officers said the back of the phone looked extremely funny and suspicious. They suggested i contact better business bureau but honestly i am don't have the time. Beware when purchasing iPhones from third party sellers , what a nightmare read more

What great, quick service! My phone was so cracked that I was afraid a repair shop might try to charge me extra, but with the yelp deal I saved $15 total and paid about $100 for an iPhone 6s Plus repair, which is a deal. It took maybe 15-20m tops, and the customer service was great I would definitely come back here again if I needed to. Highly recommend! read more

Still coming here and great service! These guys are friendly and quick. Quality of work and materials used are top notch. Highly recommend.

To update my previous review...the owners of the business (Glen and Chris) contacted me in an effort to rectify how I was treated, and I must say I am very pleased. Not only did they offer to repair my phone free of charge, but Glen personally handled my complaint immediately after my previous post and Chris repaired my phone himself. They both showed great care and compassion in making sure that I was treated appropriately and was left satisfied with the service I received. These gentlemen genuinely care about their customers and the service they provide. For that, I gave them 5 stars. Thanks again! read more

Very quick service, non descript office, low price. Got a new battery for 39 dollars, took about 8 minutes. Chris the owner/techGuy showed me how the screen had been previously replaced (I had bought the phone second-hand)... and said all work is guaranteed for 90 days. I referred him to another friend who had a water-log issue. Chris fixed him up and explained what was ailing his phone. My friend was equally delighted with the service. read more

I found their advertisement as I was walking to work and thought I would give them a chance since I was tight on time and money. I called them and they were honest and informative about their pricing. I dropped it off on a Monday at 11 AM and by 11:40 AM it was ready! I came by around 4 PM and it was in perfect condition! I will definitely come back and recommend them to others! Special thanks to the owner and the other gentleman working the front desk! read more

I contacted several places in Manhattan and this place had the most affordable price and quick response from the owner.

Very friendly and responsive staff. There was an issue with my iPad screen replacement (top scene wasn't secured properly) but they corrected the issue while I waited and handled the situation very professionally. Hopefully I'll never have to use their services again, but if I crack another screen this is where I'll go! read more

I needed my screen replaced on my iPhone 6 , completely shattered for 2 days, I was near these guys and decided to drop in only for an estimate, because I figured it would take a while and I was on a budget. I met Chris the owner and he said he would have my screen replaced in 30mins and he did, my phone was alive again and the screen quality is definitely as good as original, personally I'm a picky guy so I even looked at all corners of phone to make sure it was good. Chris's workmanship was definitely worth it! I give him 110% read more

I'll be honest. I walked past the place looking for it and was a little hesitant when I went into the building. Once I was in their office though and met Chris it was a different story. Not only did he repair my screen ( in a timely matter might I add) but he replaced the battery at cost because he was unable to change the screen without doing so. I couldn't recommend them enough. Excellent service and you can tell they care. I work around the way and will recommend them to everyone and anyone who has a broken phone. read more

Wanted to cry when my screen cracked into a million bits this morn, but there was absolutely no need. Walked in 7 min ago and Chris (super nice guy) fixed my phone so quickly, for great price (better than other reviews I read) and I'm out and back to work. I thought this would be an all day affair costing over $100. It was so much better. I hope I don't have to come back but if I need to, I'll definitely come here and tell friends to. Thank you!! read more

Amazing customer service! If you look at my previous review, the product I received didn't work properly. Chris and Glen responded quickly to the situation and provided an immediate refund. Even though I didn't receive the product I wanted, I truly appreciate their customer service and would recommend everyone to go to this business. Thanks again Chris & Glen. read more

Quick and helpful! even did a quick diagnostic for me to see if anything else was wrong with my phone. Will come back again!

Dropped off my iPhone to change the screen this morning. Picked up around lunch time. Surprised realized the color showing on the new screen is very very off. I don't know what kind of screen they gave to me....I asked to change another one. A little bit better. But still when you keep look at your screen your eyes feel very sick and dizzy. Then my battery start to running out extremely fast in the afternoon. The time when I picked up my phone the battery was 68%. In half an hour dropped to 23%. The most important thing is the area under the camera became extremely hot after 10 mins by using the phone. I really have no idea what happened to my iphone. If I know the new screen gonna look like that. I would rather just purchase a new phone instead of spend almost $100 to get this dizzy screen.... Very disappointed. read more

I broke my screen and was in a desperate need to get it fixed. I took it to a couple places and they gave me ridiculous estimates and tried ripping me off. My friend recommended me this place and I loved it. They fixed it super fast and were very professional. I would definitely recommend this place if you need a quick and well done phone repair. read more
