My mom went in for help with her phone and was told she had to pay $270, but no one could explain why. Instead, they told her to call T-Mobile herself. There's no organization of staff so upon arrival, I had no idea where to go. Every staff seemed like they were in a full on conversation with other people and I was left standing there with another person who had no idea of what was going on. Luckily, a staff came out from the back and walked right past us but we had to chase after her for help. I had an excellent experience at this T-Mobile location. My review is specific to the employees who helped me get exactly what I wanted and not necessarily the T-Mobile services. I really appreciated how they presented all the options I had and explained the pros and cons of each. I had a pretty rough morning after dropping my phone on the train tracks and they significantly turned my day around by being so helpful and so much fun. There was a lot of staff to help out and even though there was a lot of traffic coming in. I felt there were focussed to help me the entire time. I'm terrible at remembering names but thank you to both girls who helped me yesterday morning (10/31)! You were awesome! And I definitely love having this phone read more

This store is TERRIBLE!!! I had tmobile for several years and I recently switched to Sprint. The people who work at cellphone stores really does take apart of your choice of what carrier you want to make business with. The people at Tmobile never want to help they always send you else where! Like hello why do you even work there?! Their best choice is always "call 611" Anyways Sprint customer service is great! They help you step by step even if its a problem that you can easily fix by phone. They will call for you and take you step by step! read more

Had the most seamless and pain free phone store experience I have ever had at this T Mobile location on 82nd Street. Big, clean and spacious store where you can walk around and browse the products. Had to wait in line for about 10 minutes before a their representative Slims started to help me. She was extremely polite, patient and super helpful as I was picking a new phone to replace an existing one. Was very honest in her opinions about the products and not just pushing me to buy the most expensive thing. In fact, the staff guided me to the phone I eventually bought which was on a discount and way better than the phone I was planning to buy. Not only did they get me a better phone within my price range, they also looked up deals and offers I could avail of and hooked me up with a free screen protector! Slims even painstakingly put the screen protector on the phone. Once that was done, carefully explained the activation process to me and everything. I'm writing this review because I've had plenty of terrible experinces at phone stores with rude and incompetent employees but this one was such a refreshing change. Like I understand you have to work on a weekend but you're being paid to be nice to costumers, top of that we are paying for your products. Atleast have a smile on your face. My experience was very different from the ones posted here. Maybe I got lucky and ended up being helped by a superb sales person. Her name is Estephania De La Rosa. My husband and I went to the store just to check some issues going on with his storage, and Estephania was absolutely incredible. She fixed his phone, fixed my phone, checked our bill to make sure we were getting a good deal, and while the phones were rebooting, she showed us so many good gadgets and new stuff. She did not pressure us to upgrade or anything. She was just proud of the products she was showing us, and it was a delightful experience to find such great customer service. Two days later we came back and got the new Samsung phones. Needless to say, I wasn't going to get them unless Estephania would help us again. read more
