Was charged $56 for an attempt at a factory reset, which means just plugging my phone into a computer, clicking a button, and waiting 20 minutes. The factory reset did not work, and my phone is still nonfunctional. This spot is my #1 go-to for any phone related needs. I've been going there way back from the iPhone 5 through to the XS Max and these guys have always taken care of me. They're knowledgeable, resourceful, and seem very interested in making sure I get the best deal. I like when a local spot has a vested interest in making me a happy customer. They even saved me from overpaying when Verizon tried to get me to up my data plan. Thanks to these dudes, I have absolutely zero interest in going anywhere else. I went to this location for the first time today after returning from living abroad and not having a phone plan within the US for the past year. I honestly expected to be there for awhile and spend a lot of time trying to get a prepaid plan to use for the next month and braced myself to fight off phone plan offers or struggling to keep my own phone. Well, how wrong I was! Anthony and Maurizio were so incredibly helpful and nice. I said exactly what I needed and they gave me several options and didn't try to talk me into purchasing the larger plan or anything of the sort. They helped me find which prepaid data amount would be best for me and my situation and my interaction was so smooth and easy and fast! I left with a smile on my face and feeling very productive for the day thank you to Anthony and Maurizio. The BEST verizon store in Queens.. (probably Manhattan, as well..) Anthony and Mauricio are two of the nicest, most helpful guys you will ever meet. Not only do they help you get the best phone, with the best plan, for the best price, but they go the extra mile by adding in accessories, uploading your data from your old phone, and even applying screen protectors. I have gone to many different stores in my many years of upgrading phones and there is no way that I will go anywhere else- for anything phone related. They know their stuff, and they are kind! Phone issues can usually be a super pain and ruin your whole day- these guys make sure that you leave happy. It can get busy in there, but they are super attentive and make sure you know that you are not being ignored.
