I just used this location to drop off my Verizon Vios equipment. They were the closet to me as far as a place to drop off my modem and cable boxes. Unfortunately, the area where I moved does not yet have Vios but you can request it. I guess once they get enough people interested they will install the data lines or whatever they need to get Vios going. Honestly gotta give it all up to Teddy in this review. Let's be honest, dealing with phone issues and going into a storefront is most likened to entering one of Dante's inner sphincters of Hell, second to probably only like the DMV or Penn Station before the holidays. After it's less-than-graceful swan dive out of my pocket onto the tile floor, my iPhone had only two functions on its screen: pitch black, and flashing green as if it just ate too much ecstasy at a 90s rave in Ibiza. I biked over and then there I was... a hot mess in the middle of august dreading yet another customer service interaction and the corporate bureaucratic BS that comes with it. Cut to Teddy: Nothing I love more than a person who takes me as I am and offers me solutions. I'm probably the worst apple product owner and have done zero work to sync my devices and respect the cloud. He listened unphased and then gave me two options, and also offered his honest opinion about what would save me money and provide more flexibility. Then, this absolute EARTH ANGEL of a human sat with me patiently for 2 hours as I pulled out my trusty iPad and rounded up the rest of the folks on my family plan to access my Verizon account info to move forward with an insurance claim. Verizon outsources their insurance, and so it's nothing on NYCOM or Verizon personally, but that was a nightmare (yeah @Asurion, we're lookin at you). I ended up coming back later in the afternoon, and Teddy rang them up and told them that their processing time for my claim was unacceptable as I need this line to run my business. We ended up moving forward with an upgrade instead, and being probably Jesus Christ reincarnate, Teddy rang up his homie to lend us a new iPhone screen so that I could proceed with backing up my phone and not have to lose any of my business documents or precious photos of my cat. He set me up with a new phone, case, and screen protector, as well as retrieved all of my information. I can't stress this enough: albeit long, Teddy made this the most positive and satisfying customer service interaction of MY LIFE. Working a job where people come to you frustrated about problems that they need quick solutions to is Gods work. Does Teddy have RBF in the mornings? Maybe so. But I would urge you to stick around and see how good Teddy treats his clients, looking out for their best interests even on their worst of days. Especially if it's after a Red Bull :) read more

I was looking to port 2 wireless lines to Verizon and this store happened to be only a few block from my house. I usually hesitate to go to corporate stores as I have never had a great experience dealing with them before. Thankfully, Teddy changed my perception of corporate stores. He is very knowledgable and he took the time to get me all the discounts I was eligible for and explain everything in detail. There was an issue with porting 1 of my lines and he spent more than an hour speaking to customer service to get the issue resolved. In fact, he stayed after work to make sure that my line was activated ASAP. More than a month in, he still continues to provide great after sales customer support I recommend to anyone looking to get Verizon to reach out to Teddy and I am sure he will go out of his way to take great care of you. read more

Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon because I've been thinking about switching my cell service from AT&T to Verizon. 2 Associates working, a young 20 something male and female. Both were busy with customers. I sit at the large table in the rear of the store. For 10 minutes I sat there and neither Associate said a word to me, despite walking directly in front of me at least a dozen times. Customer Service 101 says that when a customer is waiting, just say, "I'll be right with you." If either one had done that, no problem. Instead, I decided that if they care so little about my business, I got better things to do than waste my time waiting for them. Bye-Bye. read more

This store is GREAT. Needed a new router, ordered the wrong thing on the verizon website and because of some rule I couldn't order on line and would have to wait 5-7 days but I could go to this location and exchange and pick up my router. I went into the store not knowing what I might find because I have not had any good experiences with other verizon locations.
