The low level customer service and the way the company bilks customers is astounding. They claim to be giving you a five (5) year price lock. In my case, two months later they change the name of your promotion to Promotion for Life. They say that this means that only the taxes can go up if they do, but not the price for the service in my case, $40.00 with $5.66 in taxes for a total of $45.66. Do not be fooled. All their promotions, regardless of names, can be renamed and repriced at any time. They actively promote Autobilling, which means they take the money directly out of your bank account each month. It is not worth getting a $5 reduction to have these crooks get access to your bank account. Once you provide them with your bank account number, they can help themselves to any amount. Prices with Astound change at the drop of a hat. They do this by claiming that your plan's name was changed. What this means is that they hiked the price. Am actively going to see if I can find a better deal elsewhere. These people are nasty and only interested in bilking customers. These are seasoned scam artists.

Just unacceptable. Five employees when I went in but only one was communicating with a customer, at a counter in the back. Thirteen customers waiting. Spectrum needs to send a secret shopper here or at least check the security cameras to see what the staff is doing. They need to hire better and train their staff better. Once I was called up, Nicole was super helpful and professional. She is 5/5 stars of customer service. She has a business woman mindset where she showed me different promotions but not in a forceful way. The conversation with her was so natural and pleasant that I was compelled enough to write a review FOR HER on Yelp. And I get it, the staff here are overworked, and they have a lot of walk-in customers in one day. Nicole maintained a level of professionalism that made me feel at ease, even when there was another customer yelling over some issue she had. They diagnosed it as a problem in the lines coming to my unit (so not my issue) but it will still take them 3 days to come out and restore service.
