THE WORST STORE!!! The staff at this store are so rude and unprofessional. I am never one to leave a review or complain because I would never want anyone to lose their job, but half of the employees that work at this location need a crash course on customer service and politeness. I've read several reviews below where people are mentioning the same thing. Corporate needs to monitor this location. Upgraded my i-phone on 4/10/24 and the charger that came WITH the phone completely stopped working. it is only 5/27/24, so it hasn't even been two months yet. A worker Kevin was "helping" me at this location and he was the absolute worst. He was no help and he seemed lazy that he didn't want to get the job done. All he had to do was fill out a form so I could get my brothers phone fixed. He said the phone had a scratch but the phone had literally zero physical damage. He was just lazy to do the job. I am a loyal T-Mobile customer with multiple phone lines since many years. It's people like Kevin that will bring the business down. He was rude, lazy and had a terrible work ethic. I came in here because I lost my friend lost his phone last night. Obviously we were in a frustrating situation and was very annoyed. However, Nicole was super awesome in helping us with solutions and options. She recommended the best option for us. She also helped us with setting up the phone. Misleading ! Buyer be ware . I wanted to switch over 3 lines from Verizon , showed them what I had with the old company exactly . I was given an offer of $155 ( promotion ) they're having . I was clear $155 is what I wanted . Then the manager Came over saying it will be $170 bec there was a balance I owed between two phones , (which I was willing to pay off right then , thinking they will speak with Verizon anyways . but according to him after 5 mos it will be only $140. I was confused . So I told him I want everything in writting . Finally switch over to T-Mobile was done , the guy who set up the account connected me on my T-Mobile banking to apply for reimbursement for the phones that I owed . When it's all over and I was asking for the receipt of what I signed up for , I would be billed monthly of $185 . I was aggravated bec now there's a fourth figure . First $155, second $170 3rd $140 and Fourth $185 ! I brought it up to the managers attention and he wrote in on my receipt , "after 5 mos it will be $140" signed by him . The told me he'll take care of me , not to worry , and when ask if he'll be there in 5 mos , I just didn't trust him . Then he told me if anything go to him and don't call the 800 number . I got home and called the 800 number ! Explained to them the situation ... It turned out , T-Mobile associates in 97-01 Rego Park signed me up for T-Mobile one plus , for two phones for $15 each . That's why from $155 it became $185 . I never told them I need extra for international bec I don't use international service . They are very misleading . Finally , the 800 number rectified and apologize for the error they made . Just be very careful ! Associates of this place is very misleading ! read more

My parents were promised by FW that T-Mobile will cover $100 ($50 the first two months) since we switched phone carriers during a middle of our previous carrier. Obviously, my parents decided to switch carriers after hearing this "great" news. Fast forward to September 2019, nothing. We went to the store 3x and texted him during the months of August - October 2019 but he's been too busy traveling or says he will let the manager know. We decided to drop it since they're obviously not going to do it. It's January 2020 and we're still having problems with T-Mobile itself; bill statement is at least $20 higher than expected even after switching plans. Trust me we don't really call anybody out of the country, we mainly use WiFi, use our own premium (not standard) Netflix plan. We called T-Mobile about 6x now (I called 2x in the month of September 2019 while my brother called 4x during the month of Sept., Oct., Dec. and Jan.) within the past 5 months. Nobody wants to call customer service but we can't do anything about it since they just can't get do their f*cking job right. Guess who's switching carrier? We are! read more

Excellent experience. I was in and out quickly. Kylee was so professional and knowledgeable. Clearly the employees receive instructions to talk up deals -- and there were quite a few going on at the time -- but it never felt unfriendly or like a pressure tactic. It's a nice store with a very open layout. Shout out to Mario as well, who handled me on the phone. Good hiring practice here, in my opinion. read more

This t mobile will tell you one thing and then the next day something else especially that dude named Sebastian. Big waste of time there if you're trying to get things things done urgently. When they switched up the story of helping me fix my phone and said they couldn't do anything to help. I went right ahead to the t mobile in qcm and they told me all the correct/quick way to resolve my issue and by the time I already left that store I already finished filing my claim through the store. Stay away from this Tmobile location, they force you to buy insurance. Sales person name Marc, forcing me to buy insurance for at least 6 months or i need to pay full price when i purchasing an iphone7 claiming that the phone was officially still belong to tmobile. So i asked if it his suggestion or mandatory from tmobile, and after that he let me get the phone. If i not already give my id to be copied, i would have leave and go somewhere else. Worst costumer service ever. I waited 15 mins for someone to help me. None of the employees approached us or let us know that they were gonna help us or how long is the wait. The staff are rude, lazy and unhelpful. A complete waste of time, if i stared at ice melting it would've been more productive for my day. This place is a complete joke and should be shut down. to start off i wanted to put 0 starts for the manager of the store.chris chen! we have been going to the store for over 5 years and has never been so bad like now, the staff is great don't get me wrong but the manager is horrible, we decided to upgrade to a new phone. do to some errors my phone was not backed up from the media and the new phone i have gotten the same day got frozen so i had no way to access my pictures. all i care about was the picture that were not backed up, i offer buying the phone or hiring a professional person to access my pictures mean while the phone was frozen, the manger said to me that he had done all he could and restarted my phone without letting me know and all he had to say was i'm sorry that he was going to give me 50$ for loosing my ten 10 year memories that he erased cuz didn't wanted to deal with the situation.horrible manger and person!!! read more

I normally dont do this, but this store is horrible, customers service is bad, went into this store a girl at the front was in her phone (personal call) didnt ask if i needed help, and everyone else was taking care of a customer which is fine, then a guy who finished with his customer looked at me (looked like he didnt want to be there) and didnt ask if i needed help, so I asked him that i needed help , told him I wanted a new phone (jump program) he said he taking paper work to the back and will be right back, he came back and told me to go to the front that he is going to lunch now I waited 5-10 min for this guy to come back and now the front was full of customers that had just walked in. I would not recommend this store. I suspect that this is not a corporate store, but an authorized location (meaning they set their own rules, as long as they don't get caught). This store is pretty shady. They force you to buy insurance when you ask to upgrade/activate a phone. They will say that this optional feature is mandatory. I used to work at a T-Mobile store back in the day and this is how they make extra $$. Why am I so against phone insurance? Because the math doesn't work. I came into this T-Mobile hoping to pickup an inexpensive prepaid phone for my father. He doesn't use any data and he never text. He sticks with old school candy bar or flip phones. Touch screens are a big no no for him and his wreck it ralph size hands. So the phone I was looking at online was a ZTE Cymbal Z-320. It's a simple flip phone they have listed for $62 I believe. Main reason I wanted to replace my dad's current prepaid phone is because it doesn't have bluetooth. Wow right? This is one simple tech that actually helps him. Most cars nowadays are equipped with bluetooth so I wanted to make sure he makes use of it when he drives, plus it's also safer. It's hands free and he can store his address book straight into his vehicle's infotainment system. Upon entering the store, 4 employees are already giving me the typical sales pitch. I simply asked for the ZTE flip phone, they brought it out, asked a half a dozen questions and made more sale pitches about their plans and so forth. I said no, I just want that phone, they persisted and it started to get annoying. Then, they started telling me that my dad needs a new micro sim card and another employee on the other side of the store out of nowhere shouts out $90 something dollars, close to $100. In my mind, I'm wondering how and where did he come up with that figure? This is a prepaid phone listed for $62! how does it jump closed to $40!!?? And again, for a prepaid phone! The saleswoman next to the salesman that was helping me started to intervene and started asking questions about my current plan, and started to convince me to switch to T-Mobile and so on. At this point, I'm already going nuts, I just want a damn cheap prepaid phone for my dad and be out!! Why are they making this so complicated and difficult? I left, I called my wife later in the day to check at another T-Mobile store and we got it for the correct price without the nonsense! read more

Our Retail associate was Mario, he was great with us. He answered all of our questions and made our transition smooth and easy. A little more than a year ago I switched carriers from AT&T to T-Mobile and received a refund offer when I opened a small business account in this store. I submitted my request for ETF refund as they instructed (final AT&T bill). Three months later I was told that my ETF refund request was not found in their system. I reapplied and again the refund request was not found. I reapplied a third time but this time I received a direct link where to submit the refund request, however still no refund was made. Nine months later I complained even more and they apologized while telling me to fax my information and it will be solved immediately. Nothing happened. The fax was never received even tho I have proof that it did go through. Representatives have hung up on my calls, ignored my requests, and have no intention of returning my refund. This is unacceptable and needs to be corrected immediately. read more
