Four stars instead of five for two reasons: 1. I made an appointment online and that didn't matter because at check in they asked all the information I'd already submitted. So I wasted time at home. 2. The misnomer of "repair"; they replaced my screen with an aftermarket display that Apple apparently doesn't recognize. I'm nervous it will malfunction in the future but at least there is a warranty.

They were able to answer all of my questions and concerns and even after i bought the laptop i had to call them to personalize my new laptop and they were very patient and helpful with my situation. Overall, in terms of shopping for electronics, this was the easiest and the most painless experience i've had. They also had over a dozen options to choose from ranging from macbooks, imacs, ipads and iphones. I usually wouldn't buy a used computer but these guys helped me feel very confident about my purchase especially because they are a reputable company, plus if i had bought a brand new laptop, i would've dished out way more money.
