I would not recommend this place. They replaced my screen with what appears to be a low-quality replacement. Within 1-2 days, the corner of the screen started peeling away. Shortly after, I accidentally dropped my phone from about a foot off the ground, and the screen cracked much more easily than I expected. Based on my experience, I was disappointed with the quality of the repair and the replacement screen. read more

Disrespectful technician who yelled and tried to be tough tried to talk down to me has the first guy forcefully damage my PS5 HDMI port and scratch around the port to try to say knowing I was coming because I called and spoke to them explaining I a one year warranty which is still valid from them which they told me we don't do one year warranty we do 3 months but if you show the proof where it says one year we will cover it so when came I told the first guy I came about my PS5 HDMI port I have a warranty he said show me what you have while taking my PS5 around to his seat where his tools are I show him and the technician the one year warranty from the invoice that they emailed me the technician told me while his guy worked on checking my PS5 using his finger and metal tool he had in hand while technician who was standing next to him blocking the camera which I didn't think was happening to do anything to the PS5 to void the warranty and try to charge me again to work on the technician started to say we don't do warranty for PS5 we do warranty for phones when I was like what the heck the warranty that was offered to me was for mystery phone when was there to repair the same PS5 and HDMI port I was there today for why give me a warranty for a phone when I had only a PS5 fixed there and it's on the receipt and invoice about he said in 2 minutes talk about phone while hands raised like he is tell someone that applies to this situation his buddy gets done and keeps wiggling the HDMI port because job done physical and liquid damage not covered by warranty technician tells guy messing with PS5 after they now agree it's physical damage you handle him I can't talk to this customer and walks to the back first guy now is turned in view of Camara keeps wiggling HDMI port and comes back away to tell me physical damage it's not covered you will have to pay 150 something to fix it was crazy after with stupidity and me asking questions of the point of a warranty with them a lot happened but too much to type right now I'm still very upset that I wrote this long story and it but my nerves being bad and shaking from so much anger and trying to get the picture I accidentally refreshed the page erasing everything I forced to give every detail about and can't do it again I'm sorry and I wish I can give zero stars and that's being generous read more

If you get phone screen repair just beware that: 1. Screen can get internal cracks and break much easier than apple screen, causing whole thing to go black. (First time this happened they repaired it as it was literally me putting it down hard on the counter and they said it was a 'faulty batch', yesterday I was biking and unfortunately got hit by a car so my phone flew and the back cracked but imo since the front was unscathed just internal cracks again I highly believe my phone wouldn't have gone dark and broken internally if it was the original apple screen) 2. Tap to wake does not work. I would pick up my phone and it is on but i can tap all i want and nothing would budge, I'd have to press the side button to turn on the phone which can get very annoying over time. 3. The face ID stopped functioning the same for me since their repair, I'd have to be much closer to the phone to get it unlocked. It was negligible at first but then I started feeling the hassle of needing to be a few inches from phone for it to recognize especially with quick things like apple pay. 4. The battery was functioning much higher before my repair. They swear they did not touch the battery but I never had an issue worrying about my phone dying and after the repair I could barely make one trip to somewhere and my phone would be dead. I see other reviews mentioning the same and I can't prove anything but know subjectively how much my phone lasted before repair. I paid $200 for 'premium OLED' screen that was promised to have no noticeable differences from apple and would not be easier to crack than apple screen. This is simply not true. They refused a refund the first time I went in with internal cracks but did re-repair it. This last time I went in and there was damage to back of phone, they refused saying that I already repaired it once which would have been fair if I wasn't already displeased with the quality of the screen and now I am down $200 and no phone because I can't sink more than its worth on repairs. Regardless even if I hadn't gotten into an accident yesterday causing the damage, I just want to warn other customers of the differences in the screens they use vs original apple. The warranty is 1yr and covers only defect but drops are not covered (the main issue that can happen to screen and that is weaker than apple in being durable). read more

Screen repair for iPhone was showing display not accepted after going here by the phone and apple also didn't accept the phone after the repair. I would take your iPhone screen repair elsewhere where they use higher quality parts and do a better job with the screen replacement. Also guy working there just wasn't very forthcoming. Edit: i appreciate the quick response from the business owner to try to make things right. So will add a star for that. But the issue wasn't that the device recognized a repair, it was complaining that the screen was lifted and a not recognized part read more

They really took the time to figure out what was wrong with my phone! fast and courteous!

These guys fixed my phone problwm for free. It wasnt charging problem solved. Highly recommend. Trust them.

They are very friendly and knowledgeable. Their prices are reasonable. I highly recommend them.

Gonna keep this short and sweet: -My iPhone screen cracked -I got it replaced (yay!) -I noticed a few weird white lights at the bottom that must have resulted from the screen being replaced inadequately. Nothing big but I figured that if I paid for their service, I might as well get the screen replaced correctly. -I brought it back and they replaced the screen again. -White lights were still present, but now my Touch ID didn't work and there were blue blotches on the screen now as well. I don't think this was malicious (hence 2 stars instead of 1) but it's just impossible to recommend this team for a phone repair. read more

Great people , fast service & great recommendations! I was looking for the best price in my area so i called up a few stores & i am happy that i found & chose this one! I highly recommend if your looking for great deals & fast service read more

Avoid this place like it had COVID !!!!. There are other repair shops in the area that are similarly priced, that uses higher quality products and have techs with more experience. My review mirrors that of Ray. S. My phone went in for repair and came back with a broken microphone and speaker. The quality of work and customer service just is not there. If you have money to waste then I suggest coming here. If not, take your time to read the reviews and go someplace else. I wish I did. Needless to say, I had to get my device service someplace else due to incompetence. read more

Fast reliable and professional, friendly service . I would recommend. The only issue is that it's a small store so there's a bit of a wait before someone can initially help you. But work quickly in repairs and good work. TyA read more

They told me they could not fix that on the premises and sent me to a third party repair shop . Sadly the place they sent me wanted to charge $250.00 . Walked into quick repair and they changed my charging port on the spot !! For $50.00 and it's running great !! This business is listed on the UPS website as a pickup location for local deliveries. My daughters birthday was this past Saturday and I had missed the delivery of her birthday cake on Friday. Due to Covid UPS didn't have a live representative to talk to and only gave me the option of getting it delivered to one of their pickup locations if I wished to get it by Saturday. I chose this business as it was only a block from my apartment. I waited all day Saturday and kept checking to see where her cake could be with no update. Finally, I saw a UPS truck on Monday by their shop and I stopped the driver to ask about my package. He informed me that the business declined my package as it was too big. WHY LIST YOURSELVES AS A UPS PICKUP LOCATION IF YOU WONT ACCEPT PACKAGES PAST A CERTAIN SIZE?? THE BOX CLEARLY LABELED FOOD. KNOWING THAT BY NOT ACCEPTING THIS PACKAGE IT'D SPOIL AS THE NEXT DELIVERY DAY IS MONDAY. I've been a customer in the past for some my ipads/phone etc. I will never go back to this place. As far as I am concerned they ruined my daughters birthday. read more

I brought my son's iPhone 7 plus with a broken screen for repair. They quoted about $90, which is reasonable. All other aspects of the phone were working. They returned the phone with a new screen - but as we later discovered, they broke the microphone and speaker. In short - without AirPods, the phone is a brick. We went back once we realized (my son uses AirPods a lot). They quoted $180 to restore the phone's speaker and microphone. Rubbish service - DO NOT USE read more

These guys are great. I've had my phone fixed here twice and the main guy who I think my be the owner, Tameem, Is super honest and really efficient. The prices are super fair and consistent which I appreciate because if you're like me and don't know anything about technology you don't really have a frame of reference for what a lot of repairs should cost. Please consider giving your business to small businesses like this! Especially in the wake of covid! read more

First of all, people who provide service are super kind in here! I had to replace a glass in my iphone and it was a great price, and was done in a few seconds! Don't go anywhere, but here, you will save money and will receive very welcoming service! Highly recommend!!! read more

Not sure where all these positive reviews came from but steer clear - these guys are hustlers. The woman in front of me caught them trying to sell her fake AirPods claiming they were real (and for more than AirPods cost). As for my experience with them, long story short, if they give you a pick up time, don't trust it. I had to replace a laptop screen. They gave me a date to come pick it up and ended up delaying it for two weeks. When they finally told me they had what they needed, they delayed it again. Very frustrating to have to deal with such an unprofessional operation. Even tried to ask for a collateral payment to give me a loaner laptop. As a final insult, they tried giving me a laptop with stickers all over it. They claimed this was my laptop with a temporary screen, but I checked the serial number and it didn't match. It was a blatant lie I hope I can protect other people from experiencing. read more

Beware the replacement screen is an unbelievably cheap product. The screen sensitivity is completely out of whack, it often does not even register your touch and you cannot scroll properly. I returned to have this fixed and they played around with the sensitivity but to no success; they then offered to replace the first screen they put in with a higher quality screen for an extra $40. This would bring the total price point ($70 initially + $40) to the same as an official Apple screen. It sounds like this higher quality screen, if it even works, should be the baseline product because the first one they offer for $70 does not work. read more

Beware when replacing your screen here, the quality of the replacement screen they use is poor. I went in to replace my iphone screen a couple of weeks ago and when the phone was returned to me I noticed a drastic difference in the quality of the phone, the color and resolution was off, the screen looked darker, and the touch screen sensitivity didn't always register. I went back to the store and was told that there are two screen replacements one that is "not the original iphone screen but customers don't notice the difference" and that if I want the original iphone screen I have to pay $200 more. I was never told this when I brought the phone in the first time which would have been helpful to know that I had an option and that they were originally selling me a screen of lesser quality. After a lot of back and forth they ended up crediting me what I paid for the other screen and placing an "apple screen" on my phone. However I continue to have issues with the touch sensitivity on my phone. I will not be returning here for any future issues. read more

Excellent service. My indispensable vintage cell phone--a Coolpad 3312A--needed a replacement screen. None of the stores listed on Yelp were able to help, but I went to Quick repair on the personal recommendation of a neighbor. It was the only store that was able to procure the part; they obtained it in one business day. And they repaired the phone in record time. Not only are they prompt and efficient, they were super considerate. I can't recommend them highly enough. read more
