Amazing iPhone repair store. I dropped my iPhone one story, and the phone screen cracked significantly. I searched for a place that I could get my iPhone screen replaced (since I didn't want to pay an excessive amount at the Apple Store) and decided to come to this place because it had over 200 reviews on Google. The whole process was very fast as the screen repair took less than 45 minutes, just as the staff said it would. But what I think separates this place from other repair stores is that the chief engineer, Andy, actually took the time to explain to me the reasoning behind their process. He showed me the screen that they were planning to put on before they actually did, answered all the questions I had, and was generally a very nice individual. I really appreciated his and the store's transparency. There is even a one year warranty, and you pay only if you are satisfied after their service. First time my home broke I went to see them and they charged me $150 to fix cracked screen, which was ok, at that time they told me that I am insured for 6 months, in case anything happens I am covered. After 2 months the new replaced screen stopped working so I brought it back to them, they said that I must have dropped it and that I broke it so I won't be covered, even though my screen was not cracked. They must have given me a cheap screen in the first place, that's why it stopped working, not because I dropped it. My phone was in perfect condition. So there they charged me $150 again! I don't think it's a reasonable and honest way to conduct business... I will no longer be using their services, I would recommend using another place such as iPhone doctor on 23rd and Park AVe. Or just get insurance at Apple which is exactly what I am going to do! read more

Very expensive, low-quality work, and no warranty! I paid almost $200 to have them replace my phone screen after it was dropped, while traveling the following month the screen cracked and the phone had not been dropped or treated abnormally .I called them to ask about their warranty and all they did was offer to fix it for another $100 charge!! I took it to a screen repair place in the town I was visiting in Michigan and the repairman said iPhone Expert had used poor quality glass and he only charged me $120 to fix the screen with quality glass. These guys are amazing. I walked in and out in less than 10 minutes for a not so standard repair, involving a dremel to shave off part of a bent case around the volume button which was completely jammed in as well as carefully bending the volume button housing back. They did it right in front of me. The cheap price I paid was worth the show alone!! This is the second time I have used them.
