I have mixed feelings about Micro Center. On one hand, they originally built this computer for me…read moreand did a great job, and their retail store has an incredible selection of parts. However, I will never trust their service/diagnostics department again.My PC stopped working, and their tech department diagnosed it as a bad motherboard. I bought a replacement motherboard from them and had an outside shop (Computer Doctor) install it. When it still wouldn't work, the independent shop correctly analyzed that the processor (CPU) was the actual issue.Since Micro Center told me I had free follow-up diagnostics, I brought the PC back to give them a second chance. Incredibly, they missed the processor issue again, argued with me, and claimed the brand-new replacement motherboard we just bought from them was also defective.I rejected their diagnosis, took my computer back, and bought a new processor elsewhere. The independent shop put the new CPU in, and it works perfectly. Micro Center completely failed me on the diagnostic side, quoted me on the very high end for the repair cost, and wasted my time arguing instead of properly testing the hardware. It was the processor all along. Go to Micro Center to buy your parts or have a system built, but go elsewhere if you need a repair or a correct diagnosis.

It also included one year of Best Buy Plus membership, a value of $49. It turned to be an excellent deal ordering the watch from the store. Tonight! An order for 34 items was placed. 21 delivered. My order receipt does not indicate any unavailable items. At 9:54pm, 6 min before closing, I called the store. The phone rang endlessly. Yes, I realize it was 6 min before closing, YET I only wanted to alert them in a timely manner and call them in the morning. My next attempt to recover my order was to call Door Dash. He told me BJS forgot to give him the order. So EITHER BJs is not checking what is being loaded, Door Dash is stealing items or no one cares. BJ's outsources Door Dash. There is a horrible disconnect between the driver pick up, loading and delivery NOT at all seamless at all. This is not the first time items were overlooked, forgotten etc. Do not use their delivery service. I will emphasize again, HORRIBLE.
