After waiting nine months, I asked him to keep the watch and just give me my money back. He became verbally abusive and very rude, and refused. Very aggressive. I came in to change my phone's $10 screen protector. I had just purchased one from this same store…read morethe day before, where the teenage assistant did a great and attentive job, but I damaged it again the same day. For today's visit, it was the owner or else an adult male. He changed the protector, then pointed to the damaged crack that was still showing on my phone, and told me my actual *phone glass* is damaged. Oh no! He said they could fix it if I come in tomorrow. At home, I luckily noticed there were multiple fingerprints on the inside of the protector he installed--so he had installed it badly and too quickly. I peeled it off, and to my shock, saw that he had also left the *previous screen protector on!* (so there were 2 protectors attached), and the previous one was the one with a crack--not my phone screen! When there, I had kept pointing at the previous protector and telling him I had purchased it from his store the day before. Sigh. Was this incredible sloppiness on his end, or a deliberate attempt to scam a customer?

When he replaced my cracked screen the home button was loose (it was never like that before) AND the screen STILL didn't work properly and was glitchy. In addition, the phone screen cracked the next day. Literally the next day. I am an extremely busy person and didn't have time reach out to them until a month after. I called & they said they'd replace the screen but I'd have to pay for it. I don't feel comfortable paying for something that wasn't even done right to begin with. Even if it did have physical damage it was still glitchy and not working properly before the crack happened. Of course there's no way to prove that... Anyway, I definitely will not be back, nor will I recommend them to anyone. Additionally, my friend had her laptop fixed and they did a good job fixing it--however the communication and clarity was subpar and resulted in a delay in the time her laptop was fixed.
