We arranged to meet at his location at a certain time later that day. He kept in touch by texting, and later with the alternative phone number I gave him when he was working on m phone. He gave me a price that was about 40% less than a more corporate repair place with a full store that ended up being a no-show. Also the corporate place would have taken 3-4 hours at least. I came back in half an hour and Mark had run into a little trouble when he didn't have one of the parts he thought he had but didn't. However, he managed to get one brought to him in less than an hour. How he handled this really shows his professionalism. So while it took a little longer than we initially hoped, it did take a lot less time than the corporate place would have, and he did it for a significantly lower cost. I'm definitely glad I tried Mark out. My phone is now working much better and for only a little time and cost.

That's ridiculous, so I went and found a cheaper solution in LCD Direct. They replace just the cracked glass, not the entire screen like the schemers at the phone companies. And because they are only replacing the glass, it's only $100, which is way better than $300. Because why replace the LCD screen when only the glass is cracked?
